From what I saw in a tubebuddy video, optimization strength actually works the opposite, green good for you, red bad, you can also see the number of exact matches to the right which is sort of another indicator of that

Thanks for the explanation Annie! It was nice to see the premium version of Tubebuddy in use. I thought I was using the unweighted wrong for results but it turns out I can't use the weighted anyway so I am chillin lol. Without premium much of this info is not very helpful for me rn but what is helpful rn is nice to have! Also I doubt it but I am curious if you remember me from other videos? Regards to "Optimization Strength" - I think POOR means all other videos are excellent Optimization, and EXCELLENT means I have better chance of ranking better if I Optimize my video well as the rest are not well Optimized.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
