Hi mate all my power lights are not turning on at all? But I have been able to descale,just none of the buttons light up. Any idea what the problem may be. Thanks great descale with vinegar will try that
Hi, after cleaning mine, when I run just hot water into a clean glass I notice a few tiny black specs floating in the water. I cleaned it 3 times and ran water through it numerous times. Have you ever checked what the water looks like without adding a pod? I don't know what the tiny specs might be. I have had the same model as yours for about the same time. Can you check yours please and let me know if you notice anything. I was expecting it to be pretty clear like the purified water I put in the tank.
Hi, yes mine is similar, I have been flushing mine after every use by just passing a small black shot (without a capsule) through into a glass and tipping down the sink. This helps stop the machine from getting the coffee bits in it. But doesn’t do anything to stop ‘hard water scale’ from building up.

Because they want you to buy the genuine product
