James Bay "Let It Go" | Lauren Jose and Kat Raya Freestyle

Just wanted to share a little behind-the-scenes update from our Temper Tantrum rehearsals. After our regular rehearsals, we often have freestyle sessions. These moments are incredibly special because they allow us to get in touch with our emotions and even bear our souls through dance.
Freestyling like this is therapeutic for both the mind and body. It's a powerful way to express ourselves and do things that words simply can't capture. Dance has this amazing ability to help us release and convey feelings that might otherwise stay bottled up.
