15 minutes. Some times I have to meditate 30 min to feel ready to get up and function. Delicious can be a good description some days. Opening to insights and gratitude definitely. My daughter introduced me to the ritual. I am so grateful for it.

17:45 a recommendation as for what to listen - I Put chants from the Huni Kuin tribe ( google Ninawa Pai da Mata on youtube ), sacred chants they use in Aya and Hape ceremonies. In respect from where the medicine came from and hows meant to be used. The chants really takes you places

I just had my second session, and wowwwwww. Was wayyyyy more intense than my first. I’m still unable to get up fully. I had such intense tingling throughout my body for about 30 min. Perhaps too much? He used a hape a little stronger than last time. So that was a 2 hour experience which I now see is not super normal but I feel I had a LOT to clear. Thanks for sharing more
