Hi Brother, I bought a second hand ecosport diesel 2016 model which is driven 70k kms driven, the first owner have changed the clutch by 50k kms. I feel like the gear shifting becomes hard after driving for more than 10 kms and after stopping for a while and cooling down the gear is again smoother. What will be the problem brother any suggestions?

Chek gear oil 75w90 grade oil and gear selector lurication cleaning

Seems like your gearbox is overheating, 1st try to replace right grade oil if problem persist better inspect complete gearbox.
