He reacts with the surrrounding environment in a positive way, thanks also to his parents who help him to get to know the things and people who attract his natural curiosity. 14 - The lighthouse
A lighthouse is a mighty structure and Judith is climbing the stairs, counting each step as she goes up. When the children reach the top of the lighthouse, they are left breathless by the spectacular view. Milo is intrigued by the massive light, and the security guard explains how it works. At night, the light leads boats home. When a storm hits, the light acts as a beacon for sailors. Later on, when the students are asked to draw a picture of the lighthouse that they have visited, Milo lets his imagination run free and draws an amazing picture. The guard loves Milo’s drawing so much that he gives him his cap.
