- A little bit of CARE INFORMATION on THAI PINK DRAGON MILLIPEDES (Desmoxytes Planata)
This information was from some online research, from the Venomous Visions website where the millipedes were purchased and passed on from Tony Webb of Venomous Visions himself
I created this video to help people who are new to keeping this species of millipede and provide something which is easy to access and understand
WATCH UNTIL THE END FOR A PLEASANT SURPRISE!!

Fab video as usual, the pink baby millipedes must have been a lovely find! You shouldnât always think that you did something wrong, you are as knowledgeable as any other keeper, it is obvious that you do your homework on every species! Donât doubt yourself anymore, I watch you because you give your subs loads of great information!
Your nails are always lovely, I love the colours, I wish I had a local nail bar, but it closed down!
Love you loads gorgeous girl! đ€©đœ
It really was so good to see babies in there and knowing the adults must have gotten to the end of their life naturally
I always doubt myself and think Iâve done something wrong or couldâve done something better but that isnât the case this time đ
My sister does my nails for me, sheâs self taught but I canât have them now Iâm back to work đ
I hope youâre doing ok lovely lady! Love ya loads đ xx
Great vid Kelly! These millies are super cute! The babies are adorable toođ
Thanks mate! I proper love them, theyâre tiny and cute and pink!! đ
I can't wait! Mine are on the way.
Beautiful đ„° Awe congrats on the babies.

Thank you Tony! This means soooo much!
Iâve got babies and Iâm super happy about it đđđ
Thanks Kelly for sharing the video, those pink milipedes are real quties đ
Oh my gosh I know! đ theyâre just so pretty and now Iâve got babies too! Soooo exciting đđ
Youâre so lucky because I live in Thailand and they are very rare. Though I do find a few I am raising one right now.
Oh my!! Thats amazing that you get to see them in the wild even if it is a rare sighting! Aren't they just so beautiful! đ
Oh wow! Great news! đ
It was honestly such a relief to know that I kept them well enough to breed! And the adults mustâve died of old age
It was such an exciting discovery đ
Wow! Amazing hun. I lost mine from southern show just after xmas :( Hope they continue to thrive and breed!
Arachnobeth'sPets aww bird thatâs sad đ theyâre such pretty little things
Thanks for the care guide. I'm looking into buying a few of these and this knowledge was useful.
It seems like keeping these is similar to to ivories or bumblebees with a couple extra steps.
But yeah, Protip, if you ever have millipedes don't ever just throw the soil out when you change their enclosure. They lay eggs and they sometimes remain dormant for months before hatching.
They are neat
Theyâre such a beautiful little species đ and Iâm so pleased I kept them well enough to breed đ
Great vid! đ
Does anyone know the lifespan of them?
I heard they lifespan is very short.
Thanks.
Thank you
Yes it is a very short lifespan but I donât know how long exactly, itâs difficult to tell and I canât find any information online about how long their lifespan is.
one of the adults died not long after this video was made and the other adult died a couple of weeks after that
The millipedes have reproduced and I have an update video coming up on them soon if youâd like to see it
@@CrittersCreations Thanks for reply. Yes I couldn't find this information in online either.
The future update vid is gonna be awesome! We'll waiting for that! âșïž
We're do you buy these butiful creatures
Mine were from www.venomousvisions.co.uk/
It's a brilliant place for a nice selection of millipedes and Tony who runs it is very helpful if you neany questions answered
I have also seen them at www.thespidershop.co.uk/ too đ
Can I mix them with orange dragon millipedes
I'm not familiar with the temp and humidity for orange dragon millipedes, I keep mine on their own just so I know they'll be safe and can keep their care requirements just right for them đ
I can't figure out your accent
