This is my 3rd batch of buying in bulk from the same shop. I had pleasant experience with them in the past. Semua bags yg pernah sampai semua okay je which is why I kept buying from them. Tapi time I nak buat this video ni pulak la the bags yg sampai mostly in bad conditions :( this was clearly a failed haul video which is why I was so disappointed. Takde niat pun nak offend anybody :( I sendiri pun mmg enjoy buying these bags sebab I still can’t see myself splurging on luxurious handbags at the moment but I totally see where you’re coming from. I hope she figured out how to attach the straps on those two bags bc it's easy just insert the straps on the rings and button the gold thing on the hole of the strap near to the gold thingy. Or if it doesn't have a hole then punch a hole on it hope this helps tho
