    Arbi Masala is a quick and easy to make dish that can be served as a main course. Do try this recipe at home and share your experience with us in the comments section.
    Ingredients:-
    6-7 pieces of Arbi or Eddoe
    Rice Flour
    1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
    1 Tsp Fennel Seeds
    1 Green Chilli, Slit
    1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
    1 Tsp Coriander-Cumin Seed Powder
    1 Tsp Chat Masala
    1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
    Juice of Half a Lime
    Salt to Taste
    Oil
    Method:-
    Boil the Arbis in salt water for 15-18 minutes. Let them cool down completely and peel them.
    Cut the Arbi in 1/2 inch pieces. Apply some oil to palms and press down the Arbi piece in your palms to make a patty.
    Dust the Arbi patties with 2 tbsp of Rice Flour and toss it well in the bowl.
    Heat 2 tbsp Oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, curry leaves and a green chilli.
    Put the Arbi patties in the pan and shallow fry them on low heat till they turn slightly brown.
    Spice Mix:-
    Take red chilli poweder, coriander-cumin seed powder, chaat masala, turmeric powder and salt in a bowl and mix it well.
    Add the spice mix to the frying Arbis and toss it all in the pan to give it a proper mix.
    Squeeze lime juice of half a lime.
    Garnish with coriander and delicious Arbi Masala is ready to serve.

      Shaikhah arbi is also known as ghuiyan or घुइयाँ . it's like potatoes but a little sticky like bhindi or lady finger
