I would even argue that you can min-max your derank potential by flaming your teammates mid-round after you die, and point out everything your teammates do wrong even if you don't actually have a recommendation for what they should do instead. Having a strong mentality is important. Which is why it's essential you only play when you're not in a good mood. Warming up with an argument is an effective strategy to create a negative atmosphere in the team.
Leave the game as soon as possible. You can't lose if you don't play. Actually, keep joining games so that other people have to take longer to get a game started.
Make sure the circle on your radar is always showing. Broadcasting your actions ensures good entries, rotations and lurk smokes.
Mute everyone the moment you join. Put a sticky note on top of the team messages so that you don't have to read them.

I just want you to know that what you, Wilson, Kneel, Nart, Philip, austin, STYKO and many others that I watch are helping immensely. But I want to give a special thanks to you, because you got me out of my slump/depression towards the game where I was destroyed left, right and center. Ofc it was not my first slump, but definitely made me consider uninstalling the game, because nothing worked for me at that time. You said in one of your previous videos that despite life kicking in, having responsibilities and a wifu, didn't stop you from improving and grinding the game. I decided to follow your example and whenever I can I try NOT to skip a practice or at least my aim routine. Since I did that I am much more consistent. I am not top of my game, I still lack do or don't do stuff, but the point is that I am representing. I am not a bottom fragger, I am not a tilter. That comes from a guy who is with 7 K hours, ex-lvl 10 face it (2200 ELO) and who played counter-strike through his whole life. You really helped me to want to play the game and be better like once I was. I probably won't reach my best, but being consistent and a threat is enough for me. Thank you !

Honestly, every time I try watching my demo I can't find any actual takeaways. Anyone else got this problem?
That's a really common problem to have. The best way to start is with your deaths. Don't try to over analyze anything at first. Try to come to a conclusion that is to why you died. Whether it be bad aim, crosshair placement, or positioning. Once you notice a trend that's when you know you've identified a starting point with what to improve on. Hopefully that guides you a little bit.
