A true man of God. When I got saved out of the Catholic Church he was one of the pastors the Lord led me to him and David Wilkerson.
I used to be Catholic as well, once I got saved I started watching his video and reading the Bible every day!! 🙌🏼✝️ But I share this video with my Dad and that night I led my father to the Lord 🙏🏼✝️ he passed away on the January 19th in 2017 .. just yesterday was the anniversary and I was thinking about this video.. I'm so glad that it is still helping/making Christians around the world 🙏🏼✝️ God is so good

charleswilson9480 we can and should thank God for His Holy Spirit giving this preacher humility, for blessing him with the gift of teaching, and for never letting him think that he’s got the whole thing down pat. I’m not a preacher, but I need Him to keep me humble so I don’t suddenly go off on an ego trip. I’m saved by the undeserved grace and mercy of God, but I know that the father of lies will be more than happy to massage my ego. I desperately need the Holy Spirit to help me stay on the right path, and to give me discernment, or as sure as I’m breathing, Satan will send someone to get my mind on the wrong things! Maybe not today, but as long as I still have a heartbeat, I know that he will try to get me to stumble at some point, and you can count on that.
Around 6 years ago (or so) the LORD brought this video to my homepage of CZcams, and I dreaded viewing it at the time. It was so unpleasant/uncomfortable i had to pause at some point and just breathe. (I also really wanted NOT to continue watching, but felt like I had to; so i did...). Fast forward to today (2023): and I've listened/watched this sermon several times over the years; thankful that God saved my soul! Now I listen to this oftentimes to humble myself. I didn't have an experience or revelation when God saved my soul, but I cannot stop thinking about Jesus Christ. He's EVERYTHING! I love Him...and I hope you do too... :3

I had an old preacher friend in his 70's that when he was a kid, sat up with a man that rejected Christ all his life on his death bed. The old man was delirious and cried for someone to pull his feet out of the fire all night. The doctor came in the morning and the man was still telling him the same thing about his feet in the fire. The doctor gave him a shot and the old man slipped out into eternity lost. The old preacher said he'd never forget that. After he told me about it, I'll not forget it either. Thank God for Jesus!

(GRACE means UNMERITED FREE GIFT. NO human effort or works can be involved in receiving or keeping salvation; there is Nothing a person can do to qualify for or earn any part of salvation.) Romans 11:6 (KJV), “And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace....” (Trusting on ANY human effort or works means that person is not under grace, but is attempting to qualify for salvation by the law/commandment keeping/human effort, and is therefore NOT saved)
Please be aware, salvation can only be received as an Unmerited FREE GIFT Trusting ONLY on the death (includes the shedding of Jesus' blood), burial, and resurrection of Jesus, God the Son who came as God in flesh, for salvation, with NO faith on any human effort and/or works for receiving and/or keeping salvation. When a person believes the good news, gospel of salvation, 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 (KJV), ONCE, God Immediately makes the believer born-again (permanently spiritually sinless in God’s eyes regarding standing and salvation).
Please be aware, Calling/Confessing are Works, and salvation CANNOT be received with faith on any works for Eternal Salvation. Eternal Salvation is forgiveness of all sins for justification and complete righteousness before God when God makes the believer of the gospel of salvation (1 Cor. 15:1-4 KJV) permanently born-again and spiritually sinless for eternal life with God as a child of God. The Calling on the name of the Lord (Romans 10:13), and Confessing Jesus as Lord (Romans 10:9-10) are responses AFTER being saved (per the definition above) by FAITH ALONE, plus nothing. See that Romans chapter 10 is addressed to ISRAEL (the Jewish people that are believers and will be saved): Romans 10:1 (KJV), “Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for ISRAEL is, that they might be saved.”
The calling and confessing are requesting Physical DELIVERANCE and Physical Rescue (a different type of salvation, physical), not forgiveness of sins for justification and permanent righteousness (made born-again/spiritually sinless by God). Romans chapter 10 is addressed to the Jewish people and is referring back to Joel chapter 2, which is addressed to the Jewish people in the Tribulation. God is telling them in Romans Ch.10 that due to their faith they will have forgiveness, righteousness (born-again), and eternal life. The Calling/Confessing will result in Physical Deliverance in the tribulation.
Joel 2:32 (KJV), “And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be DELIVERED: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be DELIVERANCE, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant whom the Lord shall call."
The following verse from Romans Ch. 10 shows, again, that being made born-again (righteousness) is by belief/faith alone in the heart:
Romans 10:10 (KJV) “For with the heart man BELIEVETH unto righteousness; .........”
OUR BEST RIGHTEOUS ACTS ARE AS FILTHY RAGS, in regard to qualifying for or earning any part of salvation. Isaiah 64:6 (KJV), “But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as FILTHY RAGS; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.”
Any person that relies on any works / human effort for salvation will not be saved. Salvation is not received by inviting Lord Jesus into your heart, asking, good works/deeds, confessing, praying, calling, water baptism, repenting of sins, surrendering, turning from sins, confirmation, commandment keeping, dedicating/giving your life to God, church attendance, or any other human effort / works, etc., etc.
Galatians 5:4 (KJV), “Christ is become of NO EFFECT unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law (works); ye are fallen (separated) from grace (not saved).
BELIEVING the Gospel, (1 Cor. 15:1-4) with NO Faith on ANY Human Effort, is the ONLY way to Receive Salvation Notice what is NOT included (works / human effort). Jesus said do ONE thing, BELIEVE, and you will be saved:
Romans 4:5 (KJV), “But to him that worketh not, but BELIEVETH on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness” (‘righteousness’ means God makes the believer sinless in God’s eyes concerning standing and salvation)
Acts 16:30-31(KJV) - “The Philippian jailer asked Paul and Silas, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, BELIEVE on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved.”
Multiple verses show Jesus said salvation is by faith alone.
Jesus is God the Son who came as God in flesh:
Titus 2:13 (KJV), “Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ.”
Colossians 1:15 (KJV), “Jesus is the image of the invisible God......"
1 Timothy 3:16 (KJV), “And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh."
Isaiah 9:6 (KJV), "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty GOD, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace."
I believe hell exist and so is heaven. Truth sets us free. People who don't believe are simply deniers because they don't want to be accountable of their actions. God bless pastor Charles Lawson for waking up people who are sleeping.

I thank God I grew up under this kind of preaching! God still has a remnant of committed preachers who "rebuke, reprove and exhort with all long-suffering and doctrine!"(II Timothy Chapter 4). Preach on Pastor Lawson!
Its not enough to just tell the people about God's grace, goodness mercy & forgiveness (many preachers do this to keep seats filled and give "feel good" sermons with no conviction. No, you've got to let people know what they are being saved from and consequences of their eternal choices. I applaud this.

In 2009 I died for a short time. A massive pulmonary embolism caused it.The er DR said I wasnt going to live to my wife and family .Lying there all of a sudden felt no pain And i was floating upwards in to black dark peaceful space . Then I was instantly back in pain and opening my eyes to see my wife and a nurse who got so excited she hollard we have a miracle man here.
The miracle really came when tests and drs couldnt find a problem with my heart. Massive means just that your lungs block your heart swells and usually bursts.
Its not the only time IVE beaten death God wants me here for some reason. My guardian Angels work overtime I think..

12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.”
Ephesians 2:8-9 (KJV) - “For by GRACE are ye saved through faith; and that NOT of YOURSELVES: it is the gift of God; NOT of WORKS, lest any man should boast.”
(GRACE means UNMERITED FREE GIFT. NO human effort or works can be involved in receiving or keeping salvation; there is Nothing a person can do to qualify for or earn any part of salvation.) Romans 11:6 (KJV), “And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace....” (Trusting on ANY human effort or works means that person is not under grace, but is attempting to qualify for salvation by the law/commandment keeping/human effort, and is therefore NOT saved)
Please be aware, salvation can only be received as an Unmerited FREE GIFT Trusting ONLY on the death (includes the shedding of Jesus' blood), burial, and resurrection of Jesus, God the Son who came as God in flesh, for salvation, with NO faith on any human effort and/or works for receiving and/or keeping salvation. When a person believes the good news, gospel of salvation, 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 (KJV), ONCE, God Immediately makes the believer born-again (permanently spiritually sinless in God’s eyes regarding standing and salvation).
Water Baptism cannot be part of HOW a person is saved / born-again.
1 Corinthians 1:17 (KJV) - “For Christ sent me NOT to BAPTIZE, but to preach the gospel; not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of NO EFFECT.”
BELIEVING the Gospel, (1 Cor. 15:1-4) with NO Faith on ANY Human Effort, is the ONLY way to Receive Salvation Notice what is NOT included (works / human effort). Jesus said do ONE thing, BELIEVE, and you will be saved:
Romans 4:5 (KJV), “But to him that worketh not, but BELIEVETH on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness” (‘righteousness’ means God makes the believer sinless in God’s eyes concerning standing and salvation)
Acts 16:30-31(KJV) - “The Philippian jailer asked Paul and Silas, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, BELIEVE on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved.”
OUR BEST RIGHTEOUS ACTS ARE AS FILTHY RAGS, in regard to qualifying for or earning any part of salvation. Isaiah 64:6 (KJV), “But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as FILTHY RAGS; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.”
Any person that relies on any works / human effort for salvation will not be saved.
Galatians 5:4 (KJV), “Christ is become of NO EFFECT unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law (works); ye are fallen (separated) from grace (not saved).
God makes the believer Permanently Born-Again (Sinless Standing in God’s Eyes); this is a one-time event:
John 3:3 (KJV), “Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born-again, he cannot see the kingdom of God."
John 1:12-13 (KJV), “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons (children) of God, even to them that believe on his name. Which were BORN, not of blood, NOR OF THE WILL OF THE FLESH, NOR OF THE WILL OF MAN, BUT OF GOD.”
John 3:6 (KJV), “That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.”
Titus 3:5 (KJV), “NOT by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the WASHING OF REGENERATION, and renewing of the Holy Spirit.”
Jesus is God the Son who came as God in flesh:
Titus 2:13 (KJV), “Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ.”
Colossians 1:15 (KJV), “Jesus is the image of the invisible God......"
1 Timothy 3:16 (KJV), “And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh."
Isaiah 9:6 (KJV), "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty GOD, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace."
This sermon was so needed. My grandfather was a southern baptist preacher… and so I felt it within my soul. Then the hymn at the end.. 😭😭😭😭😭❤️ Praise the Lord, Jesus is the same then, now and forever.

Brother Lawson is confused about the rapture though.. he believes and teaches a pre-trib rapture.. the word of God is clear that the catching away will not happen untill the moment before God pours out his great and terrible wrath of judgement upon the earth.. the pre-trib rapture debunks itself because if it was true we would already b gone
+Shellie Ison Wrong. Rapture is in the Bible. Why would He let people that believe in Him to suffer in His wrath with the unbelievers? That doesn't make any sense to me at all. Amen to that. Preachers fail to deliver the full gospel to the churches. This is a horrifying fact. Possibly more horrifying than that is, the parents who fail to train their children up with the gospel.

My grand mother was a busybody in everybody's business and when she was on her death bed she seen this big black thing on the wall with red eyes and she kept asking everyone what that thing was . Nobody could see this thing she was seeing and her tongue started to burn like fire and water wouldn't quench her thirst and she died an hour later in terrible fright . She did not want to accept Jesus as her savior and at the last minute i think she did want to accept the lord but it was too late for her because she was already entering hell for rejecting Christ .

Planets appearing, weird objects appearing. The stars all then fell like burning rockets. Please please go to Jesus. Repent and be saved.

Amen! I'm thankful for the Lord Jesus, who loved us all (Romans 5:8) despite our works. He died so we could live forever in Heaven, so long as we place our trust solely in Him for salvation. Our sin has a price that has to be paid according to Romans 6:23. Praise the Lord, I don't have to pay it myself, because I placed my faith, all of it in Christ Jesus. What a wonderful gift we're given as described in Ephesians 2:8-9. Now I live my life to show the Lord God how much I appreciate Him, follow His commandment to love my neighbor and spread the Gospel. The Bible is an amazing blessing. I'm thankful for every single dot and tittle. Keep preaching and teaching what the Bible teaches. Our opinions are irrelevant. I'm glad I fear not death and being alone when the time comes. My savior, Jesus the Christ, will be there to take me across the Jordan.
