की आपने देशवासीयो को समस्या से रूबरू करवा दिया है
परन्तु अब समस्या का हल भी बताये
आप पूरा विशेषलेषण कीजिए
और पैसों से संबधी चिंता मत कीजिए

आज मैंने 45 मिनट की इस फिल्म को देखा जिससे मुझे बहुत दुख हुआ, क्योंकि मैं स्वयं राजस्थान का निवासी हूँ...
केवल हिन्दूत्व वाले मुद्दे के कारण में BJP को विधानसभा चुनाव मे वोट देने जा रहा था पर अब नहीं दूंगा... क्योंकि केन्द्रित जल मंत्री जी पश्चिमी राजस्थान के होते हुए भी ERCP जैसी योजना का समर्थन नहीं किया ! सोचने योग्य बात है... जो सरकार इन्द्रा गाँधी नहर परियोजना को लेकर आयी है अब ये ही सरकार ERCP जैसी योजना को ला सकती है।

bhai sab 2000 mai kutch mai bhi esha hi hal tha , gujrat mai par jab 2000 mai narendrea modi ji cm bane toh usne pahle pine ka pani pure gujrat ,mai kese pahochaya jaye vo project laye , fir usne saurastra & kutch mai ap jese hi problem thi but abhi koi dikat nahi ab pani har ghar mil raha hai sahyad hi koI 5% GHAR mai baki honga baki sab jagah mil raha hai.

Its because of Aravalis you are not facing these kinds of problems. Aravalis, the critical groundwater recharging area is getting destroyed because of which soon parts of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan & Gujarat will face water crisis shown in this video.

As representatives of the people and the Indian National Congress, it is our duty to address such critical issues. I urge you to take swift and effective measures to alleviate the water crisis. Short-term solutions like water tankers and temporary water sources that have been implemented are not reaching the entire population. We need long-term strategies for improving sustainable water management.
Transparency in the allocation and utilization of funds for resolving the crisis is crucial. I also recommend the establishment of a task force comprising experts and representatives from local communities to assess the situation continually and propose necessary actions.

Water scarcity is a long standing problem that has been prevalent for generations. We reflect on the countless governments that have come and gone and anticipate the ones to come. Despite this, the question remains, when will the people of Thar get adequate water supply and educational opportunities? For centuries, our generations have waited for this essential need. The people of Thar still have no idea how many more years will have to be endured for its completion.

Being a resident of Jodhpur in western Rajasthan I sometimes remember glimpses of my childhood.
The city kids like me, when we used to go to the village for vacations, we had to fetch water in metal pots called तांबेडा. Although ours was more like an interesting sport or a fun activity because one, the village had a water tank which had continuous supply of water from the Indira Gandhi canal, and second, it was more of a vacation sport for us, and we couldn't connect to the real plight of the people,for whom it was a bane.
Thanks to the vicinity from Jodhpur, my village has pipeline connection in every house now. But the distant Barmer isn't that lucky.
If your eyes weren't moist while the folk singer was singing DIL ME DARD HO GAYA, GARBH NICHE GIR GAYA you need to question your empathy.
It saddens me how the mainstream discussions of our country are around religion, animosity and trillion dollar economies , while all a 3 year old girl child wants is fresh water to drink.
Top notch Documentary. Hats off to The Lallantop team for raising the most important issue of this century. Every scene makes you uncomfortable and urge you to feel the same pain and grief which they are passing through.

यह पश्चिमी राजस्थान के हर गांव की कहानी है, हमारा गांव राजस्थान के जालौर जिले के रानीवाड़ा तहसील में है, यहां पानी तो है लेकिन पीने लायक नहीं है, यह इतना लवण युक्त है की जैसे समुद्र का पानी हो। यहां टांके( पानी टैंक) तो बने हैं लेकिन उनमें एक बूंद पानी नहीं है। यहां हर परिवार महीने के 2-3 हजार केवल पानी के टैंकर पर खर्च करने पड़ते हैं। पुरे गांव के लोग फ्लोराइड युक्त पानी पीते हैं। लेकिन सरकार, एनजीओ आदि का भी ध्यान भी हमारे इन कुछ जालौर जिले के गांवो पर नहीं जाता।

I belong to Jodhpur , Rajasthan. My village has a good connectivity of water and other essential things. It was well said by the man k delhi m bthne wlo ko frk nhi pdta river linkages ho ya n ho but hme fark pdta hai. It brought me into tears. It made me realise the value of the priceless gift of the nature 'Water'. As we have better connectivity and ample amount of water is available in our village, we forget to value the gifts of nature whether it is water or air or any other thing. Thanks for highlighting this problem which are eye opening for mang.

I am from Barmer,
Indira Gandhi canal project has reached Barmer North (Mohangarh point). &
Narmada canal project has reached Barmer south end (sanchore point).
The distance between both points is around 160 km. It would be a lifeline to these border areas if both canals get connected.
The same goes for ERCP project for eastern rajasthan. Hope the central govt won't discriminate for non bjp ruled state.

I am also from BARMER. Yes, this is a big problem in border area of Barmer. Not only border area but villages 15-20 km away from main city are also asked for tankers for drinking water. And they have to pay 500-1000 rupees per month for water. It is also true that most of villages near the city now have water connection . Thank you for raising this issue.

I’ve been serving here in Barmer District since last 2 years, I have an experience of living into deep remote areas near Border. The situation is really horrible in Dhanis about potable water. Salute to the people who are living here with limited basic resources.

I am from Baytu Barmer and we had such a situation 30 years ago, but our situation has improved because our education and employment have improved and the government has built tank of water (Tanka)here.

To see beloved school friend Tribhuwan featuring in the documentary. Yes, such villages do exist till date in Barmer, Jaisalmer, Bikaner, Jodhpur, Nagaur and Churu. People think that there is only one SAM desert in Jaisalmer but in reality... thousands of tough sand dunes exist in western Rajasthan... It's just that it's not in mainstream media.
