That’s the ultimate find! I’ve dreamed of finding something like that in a roll! Like you said, I didn’t think it was possible! 😮
Exactly!! I thought I had a blank planchet for a second, but it ended up being so much better!
SO much better!!
I agree.
My wife got a nickel like that for a tip
Ryan and Kevin ROCK !! This was really FUN !!
Thank you so much Linda!
I do t these two are rocking. I believe there are looking pennies. But, not in rocking chairs.
Quinn just thought i should tell you how much you've inspired me as a coin collector! :)
Thank you Valorant, I really appreciate that!
@@QuinsCoins You also heavily inspired me to be a coin collector
Hi, love to watch you open the boxes of coins. I just recently got myself involved in these coins and find them so exciting to do. I need a lot of help since this is all new to me. Could you direct me or no someone who could advice me on some of my coins . Don’t really know what direction or how to go about selling some of my coins. Or if they are worth any money
FANTASTIC BOX !!😊
Great off center find. You and your friends always seem to have fun and great finds. Well done.
Thank you Francisca!
Yo this is sick! Just stumbled upon your channel in my recommended because i started collecting quarters lol, had no idea you had an awesome channel! subbed :) 100k plaque soon
AWESOME off-center coin!👍 I think someone has a case of the "dropsies"! 😂
What a great find holy cow
This was a great coin roll hunting contest...lotsa oddball oldies and that error/planchet is super cool....awesome finds guys!!!
I hope all is well with you both and i cant wait to see the next coin roll hunting contest:-)
That's intense. I never actually saw anything that off centered before. Very cool!
I have seen 90%+ off center, but never even so much as 10% in a roll!
Found 15 Indian cents in twenty 1950s rolls twenty years ago, from an estate sales. Everything was good. Your finds remind me of that.
Wow, I can't imagine searching rolls for the 50s! That would be amazing!
Very cool, and some very odd coins in those rolls. Congrats on the off-center!!!
Awesome find wow! It is possible
I've always kept an eye out for error coins as well as the old ones. My miskate coins number only about a dozen clipped pennies and an errant shard of copper struck into a dime. I'm a Canadian collector tho' - only a tenth as much goes on coin-wise (or anything else for that matter).
Anyway, gratz on that amazing find!
Thank you! I am not super big into error coins, but when you've got something as obvious as an off center strike, it's hard to miss. I was actually just re-visiting my Canadian pennies collections that I started working on a while back and realized there is so much more that I didn't know about in the more recent years (2006-P, etc.). I think I am going to pick that series back up again soon!
This video was well worth the wait!!! Lots of fun! Nice 1-kreuzer 1858 coin from the Austro-Hungarian empire, thus the K K marking on it, for "kaiserlichen und koeniglichen." Kaiser and King (or Queen, depending on who sat on the throne). Thanks, guys!!!
The off center is very cool find...and lots of teens weaties...pretty epic box.
Thanks for watching Les!
Btw the nsf 1954 penny is easier identified by the flared edges compared to to flat edges on sf on the I in dei rather than the denticle alignment
Thanks for sharing.
Wow that is exciting to see that error coin. I found an 1851 large cent in a bag of half dollars. Shocking.
Dang, you've got us beat then for oldest coin found in a roll! That is incredible!
Almost didn't buy the coins because teller said it came from a coin collector. But he must have dumped the large cent from his desk.
Increíble joya amigo gracias por compartir un abrazo buenas noches 👏👏👏☺☘👍
Where did you get that box ??? Wow !
Sa-weet scores! Especially with that error cent! 🤩 Like 400 woohoo 🥳
Thank you She Pirate! 😄
I have a 1923 plain, VDB penny. All the examples don't have this? Is that normal or are the pennies without the VDB more popular. I also have a 1939 VDB....
This was fun
I thought those off center coins were worth a lot. Did you find out?
Unfortunately the error coin is not worth that much because there is no date on it. If it had a full date, than it would be worth a lot more money.
I actually looked at a few different resources when determining approximate value.
This site states anywhere between $10 and $30 for a 60% off center: coinquest.com/cgi-bin/cq/coins.pl?coin=925
And then I found this extremely similar coin (same position and everything) on ebay which sold for $42.75 plus shipping: www.ebay.com/itm/354193659755?hash=item527796576b%3Ag%3ArTgAAOSwdYpi5DKu&nma=true&si=Uli2Bv8EwZo%252BdnUCSctGGXqYXwM%253D&orig_cvip=true&nordt=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557
So I think $20 is a reasonable estimate for this one.
you two men are Awesome keep it up i watch all your videos 👍👍👍👍
Thank you Carl!
Quin look at you Instagram I would like to know what them coins are thanks
Ayee quin my man what’s up! Nice to see you upload another video my bro! Pls let me know if you just filmed this today, if so, hopefully Kevin can sign that coin. Thanks for the epic content
Thank you! This was actually filmed a few weeks ago but I will definitely make sure to get your 2x2 signed the next time I see Kevin!
@@QuinsCoins thanks man! That thumbnail picture is insane, I’ve found rare stuff, but never seen that in one of my rolls before
Hey Ryan. I've been watching and enjoying your videos for a while, and I live not too far away from you in Sarnia, Ontario. I don't know if you are still looking for albums to replace your Canadian coins, but if you are, I would highly recommend the Lighthouse Vista Nature coin albums. I use the entire set from the pennies to the toonies to store my Canadian coins as I am trying to the best of my ability get every type of Canadian coin ever made.
Too bad only one branch mint penny. The 55% off center strike was your best U.S. find.
Yeah most of the wheats we found in this box were common which was too bad, but the unique foreign finds and of course the off center strike made it so much fun!
I bought a off center penny once and I still have it
I have 1 of these is it worth anything or what off center strike
Sick find, can’t sell that for $20, and buy all you find for $20!
Thanks! I actually found this very similar coin which sold on ebay for $42.75 recently: www.ebay.com/itm/354193659755?hash=item527796576b%3Ag%3ArTgAAOSwdYpi5DKu&nma=true&si=Uli2Bv8EwZo%252BdnUCSctGGXqYXwM%253D&orig_cvip=true&nordt=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557
Wow, awesome! How do you get a box of coins like that?
How do you go about finding an old box?
I understand how things can off-center, but I've never understood how a coin can be non-circular, since there's a collar that prevents that, right?
Do you know anything about dimes that look like they have been tinted
i have a 2000 os penny.it has adout 35% to 40% face on it. is it worth anything?
Nepali 5 paisa has the same but it is very difficult to find

Man I haven't seen a wheat in years lol,,, decades rather. I never got into the hobby of collecting, but like allot of ppl CZcams is getting me into it., n Conner tip find out my dad has low key Been into it his entire life, n has an f ton of silver certificates n kept at least 1 of each state quarters. What sucks is as a baby meer n my parents went to Idaho, n my mom bought me a little porcelain air plane piggy bank, n my dad filled ot with silver n wheat coins, n maybe some Indians according to my dad. I def remember ther pennies as a kid, looking through ther bank once, but it's disappeared n none of my sisters cop top taking it, nmom or dad don't know where it is either. It dangled off my curtain rod my entire life, n that's where everyone claims to have last seen it, I'm friggin 35 lol. One mmt sisters is probably fibbing, but it looks like we'll never know. Sux cause I would have a great time scoping what's in ther note, as Quin has showed me how fun this hobby is,,I never understood it growing up, but it was cool trying to inform my parents of the hobby n having my dad school me on it, n he'll hire his dad was all about it, n my dad learned all about it, but wasnt too into it outsideof bill's silver n wheat pennies. He was born in 64 to, SSI kind of cool. I wish I had The piggy bank though, just for nostalgia, it really meant alot to me, I didn't have many things growing up, And the planner bank was cool
I found a coun like that too. I uploaded a video on it
second...
I have a dime that only has the face stamp on it no back blank is still rounded edges do you know of anything that is like this out there. Do not trust coin shops
Hmm I might have an idea! Could you send me a picture of it so I can take a look? My email is quinscoins@gmail.com
Have to dig it out from my Heidi hole
Once you get a list of what it could be, start googling. I would also get that guy graded anyway, it sounds interesting.
Save all the pennies from the box, they are all copper
Salted not found.
WHats ur guys email I want to send u a pic of a 1995 Lincoln penny I found that looks like this but it’s got the date still on it and Lincoln head it’s way way off center
Nice! You can send a pic to quinscoins@gmail.com
