Yes I'm very happy with my bike have done over 2,000 miles now and is so reliable use it every day, even Tow a Trailer with it to do my shopping, only thing I recommend is that we're the wires go into the bottom of the controller seal this with mastic to stop water getting in ,and also where the peddle assist cable goes into the crank, seal round this wire with mastic to very important or in heavy rain will try to pull away on it's own, if you do this sealing you have any problems, also when charging always plug the cable into bike first, then plug into mains, never the other way round, or you will damage the controller 😢, this is an excellent machine well worth getting, also keep all moving parts well oiled and greased and you won't have any problems, good luck .
Another thought, you must have power, to see the display, I think you need to check the Battery is set up correctly in the computer also see if the throttle activates, if it dose then your Battery indicator is set up rong😮 hope this helps.
It says in the manual not to do what you just did.. you plug into the bike then into the wall. You unplug from the wall then from the bike, you’ve shorted your batteries and maybe even fried your controller MB
A question for you ? Have you set up the Battery voltage in the computer correctly, this needs to be set up correctly or it will give faulty readings, or get a volt meter and check your getting charge from the charger , these are things you can try, also check your getting volts from the battery should be 48v when fully charged .
No worries. Switch off battery before charging. Read the manual. Its important to take care of the battery, plus improper use can burn your place. This big lithium battery is not a joke. For storage I keep my battery at around 30% charge, in a special bag, in a place where even if its catching fire is far from anything which can burn. Can’t keep it outside during winter because the freezing temperatures will kill it.
There is nothing wrong with the EP2 Pro, if people would only read the manual first, before say the bike is bad, it's not, it's a very good bike a good work horse people always knock things they don't bother to read up on the thing first.
Yah your right you must set up the voltage correctly, I read the manual and it explains what to do, for the person who said it was a fake E Bike, they don't know what there talking about, had mine for 2 months, have done over 400 miles on it, and had no problems, apart from squeaky breaks, it's a power workhorse of bike.

That could be faulty condition, the battery 🔋 did that to my CROSSFIRE E.BIKE every few days, when I took it on the road/ hit a bump, the bike would cut- out I'd have to disconect & put back the battery in place, to get going again 👍

It's the charger, let the charger reset itself by unplug then plug in wall after 10min
Primero quita la llave, despues conecta el cable a la bicicleta, despues conecta el cable a la pared y encenderá rojo
