    When they say banks will only lend money to rich people, it's real. When you have issues with your payment, interest rates will increase, essentially putting salt on your wounds. That's why financial education is so super important!

    Besides the financial aspect of acquiring and renting out a property, the management side of it is by far the more important issue. You would be dealing with the livelihood of your tenant, and it is not an easy task.
    Not many people are cut-out to be a landlord.

    Hi. I see that the property market esp around Klang valley or the nearby areas are a little over supplied with new projects. Some are really high density projects. This means for tenants, there are ample of choices within the respective budget range. Property used to be a good investment, but now, personally I’m more doubtful. Would you mind sharing your thoughts on this?

      Personally, properties worth for investments are always rentals, going for the Long-term goal. Nowadays, that is still feasible as humans do require shelters over their head

    Did u know that booking fee is actually (stated in Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Regulations 1989), despite it being the normal practice for over 3 decades?

    Financial investments can be emotionally exhausting/frustrating in a case where inconsistency in trade wins is much. Positive Results are guaranteed more if one works with a reliable professional. My most sincere take though!!

    Sir, i have a problem to buy more properties in Malaysia because i have more than 4 properties already. Now if you had more than 2 properties, the 3rd property onwards which you buy, you cannot get a 90% loan from the banks.Banks will only give you a 70% loan. So sir, what's your advise or recommendations to overcome this restrictions?
