your dps depents on the hits with the sword attack. optimal is 12 hits perfect is 13 and god-like ist 14 hits (13 hits when you hit him instantly ) and 14 hits when you pre-cast the attack and hit the head. best for me at the end 9,3k dps without an extra full floor weapon. My gear has GDK, Exdi deft parfait, Highael domina and cannon shot makes 1013. A floor weapon is wasted.

Don't worry keroppi Aug transfer coming so you will be able to move it to better gear later. I myself still using Octo armor and Verschmelz weapon and I'm doing fine.
Mmm nah not all content, low difficulty content yes but if you go into extension quests, DFA2 and DFD you’re basically a carry depending on the other 3 people to be geared very well. Luciel exploration you’re a carry too, how much DPS your class can pump out matters too.

Just uninstalled NGS to return to D2 after 3 years. Sega has got to get it together. Still bought AC cause hairstyles are a money pot so hopefully my investment can go to innovating the game with something actually fun like some revised pso2 content or something crazy like lite pvp.

I play both games. Right now I'm giving PSO2 a break for D2. I would much rather pay 100 bucks a year to be good with content. PSO2 is terrible when it comes to content, and when we do get content, the drops are ass. The amount of money to comfortably play PSO2 is insane.

I think I'll prepare one of my weapons with floor potency shenanigans (I think I'll use my Xover Harmonizer I got in my first Leciel Exploration run with the All ship Matchmaking or a reserve Reyar weapon... at least I can "craft" another one without problems at this point) to make things easier with the cannon phase of DF Dalion, I feel that's what I need to speed up things there (because I doubt I can do better overall in terms of augments for the average moments without farming the materials for stuff like the Lux Halphinale or the Glan Gigas Maste for example, and I noticed that I don't really need them in the meantime, so I can craft them at my pace), so I may have the chance to get the final phase, as the few times I have arrived on that, either I (or the teamates I get as I have to rely on randoms) lose the remaining lives as there's hardly a chance to practice said phase or we get timer scammed (and for the most part is the cannon phase where I waste most of the time).

You definitely need those GOD tier augs (Lux & Glan) in order to hold your own weight in that fight. Either have your “weapon up” to 160-175% for P1 or “damage adj” to 70-80% for P2… just wait for the 7th aug slot to be unlocked and everything will even out for that fight 🤷♂️
👀 you can get to 160-175 potency with 65-70+ pot floor without glans. Lux if you can afford them will push you over 160% for sure. Even with “God tier augs” if you can’t stay alive, your rotation is horrid and you aren’t consistent you will fail this fight.

Noob question about gear here: just got to 85 and in a few Leciel runs dropped a xover weapon and one Einea (?) armor, but I've been hearing people saying it's useless since they're gonna release better gear soon. Should I invest in upgrading these pieces or just keep using that free lvl65 gear until a more suitable upgrade comes up? Thanks! Asking because I really feel I'm not dealing enough damage in these Leciel runs (and I'm super squishy)
max up einea then skip new armor. or vise versa. new armor always not much different with old one. just use LC for time being and change to better augs whenever you can. Atleast 160% potency.
Armor lasts longer than weapons so yes work on some einea armors, kero is using old armors because he invested in them and still doing end game content well. By the time everyone has a 11* weapon there will probably be 1 or 2 more 11*s out. Always always invest in armors and if you obtain the current weapon of choice at the time invest in it if it’s good. That level 65 gear is dog water and meant to just get you in the door of farming zones like luciel to get better gear. If you don’t want to be a carry start working on armors and get you a xover weapon, they are easy to build, 300 growthment 2s gets you fixa fatale 1 which is a great fixa to start with. Unless you run slayer than you’d need termina.
@keroppi facts, I was thinking we will get a new ajax armor with the new DFD. But it might be possible when they make it 8 man uq. But honestly, I'm waiting on the new purple armor. Since we are past the dolls now. Maybe we will be getting a starless armor instead of giga armor? I hope we get new element weapons as well. I have 171.9 potency and still hitting 5k in rotation 6k same armor difference augments my weapon is the flugelgard doing 25.0 weapon damage i guess is a ok gear i just cant keep up with the gearing in this game is just way to expensive todo anything i wish the lvl matters more then gearing )
Floor potency doesn't increase the max damage, it increases the lowest damage you do. So like if 10 is your max damage you randomly do 5 -10 making it 100% you will always do 10.

I have 173.5 potency and 71.3 pot floor with 1 regular/2 vio einea armors. I don’t have glans but I only have about 3 LCs on my weapon left to replace. My armors are done with orgs 5/3/3 aaand I have all lux hal but I’m just not willing to spend 8mil a piece on gigas glans that might fail. That’s just out of reach for majority of the player base tbh. Not spending 200-500 dollars on AC scratches either lol tbh gearing shouldn’t be this expensive.. even eso has a better player market/ways to earn many than NGS.

Upgrading Fixas is kind of a hassle, as you need to farm a lot of weapons/armors for fodders and have those at the same or higher fixa level as the weapon/armor you want to increase the Fixa level (doesn't matter what fixa have the fodders, just the one you want to upgrade, but keep in mind that the fixa level will ONLY increase by one even if you use a fodder with a higher fixa level) and pray that the bad success rate triggers (most likely you'll end up wasting resources, EVEN if you have used the SG Support Scratches to potentially increase the odds of success and/or having the item protections to have extra chances to do the upgrades, but if you have items that bypass the use of the items to guarantee the upgrade, you can use them... recommended as a last resort due to how hard is to get one).

I think that floor potency thing is a myth. Or why am I doing less damage with 100% floor?
