Imagine living within the large magellanic cloud looking up at the night sky at the milkyway.
Imagine living Midway on a rogue planet and being able to see Andromeda, Milky Way, the LMC....
@@BernardSolomon a Rouge Star system

14+ min talking about a little galaxy that nobody ever talks about.. I appreciate that! Sub and like
Anton, I want to know about the dwarf galaxies! Nobody ever talks about them! We have fifty of these little guys in orbit around us and they're all beautiful in their own ways!
Omega Actual I didn't know about that..
I love anton petrov ❤️
Hey man thanks, I’ve always thought about our neighbors in the LMC.
This is one of my favorite galaxies
high pitched anton does not exist. He can't hurt you
High pitched anton:
So many beings look up and think is there anyone up there, were all looking up at each other
Your accent makes your videos so much better😂😂
i agree
I'm kind of partial to the SMC and LMC. One of my favorite games for the Nintendo DS use them as it's setting. Infinite Space starts off in the SMC and you begin your adventures, but soon learn of an invading extragalactic fleet. Part 1 ends with the SMC being conquered and you escaping to the LMC. Years later as an adult, you learn that the LMC will soon be invaded via the SMC and you fight against the invaders until you learn the goal of their constant conquest. The final moments of the game actually take place in the Milky Way, the Sol system. Turns out the SMC & LMC and likely many other galaxies were colonized by mankind originating from Earth eons ago and the extra-dimensional beings that are destroying the planets in your home galaxies use a Dyson Sphere around Sol to power their gate to our universe.
Hail Lugovalian Empire
If there is a chance of anyone like us living in inside the magellanic clouds, what an amazing view they should have of the milky way at the night sky!
Right? Think of that, a good portion of their sky should be the milky considering the size of it, and the close distance to our galaxy
Someone should artistically create a picture of what that would look like from either galaxy.
@@thomaswagner9875 use space engine. You’ll see it. You get the same effect in the most outer stars in the milky way as well
Actually one of the UFO abduction cases with the most proof is about extraterrestrial beings from exactly here.
Wow, imagine living there amazing space scenery
Anton, what software are you using to fly through space? I'd like to check it out. Also, I love your work.
It's a thing called "Space Engine"
If there were to be a galactic empire it should be from these smaller galaxies since they are easier to colonize and far away from major galaxies so they are secure either way in or out.
Wonderful LMC
At 2:54, his Anglicized name is Ferdinand Magellan (Spanish Fernando Magallanes) (Portuguese Fernao Magalhaez).
I was just messing around in SE the other day, looking for a model to base a planet off of for a story I'm writing. I came across a "Temperate Terra With Life" planet in the LMC. (Apparently one of the procedurally generated planets) around a binary star system. I book marked it. It is called "RS 8475-2-6-170875-72 6" Upon landing on it I discovered it has stunning eclipses since it has 11 moons. I got a gorgeous screenshot of that, as well as the night sky dominated by the Milky Way.
More stats:
Mass: 1.4373 M(can't make the symbol of circle with a cross in it)
Orbital period: 1,307 Earth years
Day: 23h,47,m35s
Gravity: 1.233 g
Atmosphere: CO2 O2, N2, SO2
Pressure: 26.8 psi
Temp: 71.253 F
If whoever is reading this, has Space Engine, go check it out. It's very pretty. It's a world of oceans dotted with several island-continents and many, many smaller islands. As well as volcanoes mountains and deserts.
I may use it as a model for my story, but take some liberties with the atmosphere, orbit and pressures to make it habitable for humans.
Hi, Anton! Could you, please, make a video about the latest news about the discovery of the void KBC (which is where our galaxy is right now)?
The cloud had aliens👽👽👾👽👽
Good song-well done
Yet another interesting video, tiz a shame that nothing went boom at the end though :'(
Nice video. I'm just wondering what simulation you used. It looked pretty cool.
btw I subbed! I also read your bio and you seemed like a really nice person!
Sim is space engine
Space Engine is really awesome! for exploration space with very good graphics.
Do video about small magellanic cloud
Hello Anton! I know you said that the possibility of life is "slim" in the LMC, however could it be possible for there to be G-type main sequence stars or other stars that are capable of supporting life-like planets at all? In my science-fantasy novel. the main setting takes place in the LMC so I wanted to make sure I was sticking within the realm of possibility. Don't worry about how everybody got there lol
Your videos are great. Does anyone have any opinions as to why, in all directions in the expanse, rocky, watery world's are so hard to find? Yes its fairly narrow margins for liquid water but don't you think there are many more habitable worlds discovered than published?
Until the intro popped out i didnt notice that my phone's screen is upside down lol
whats the name of the program you use?
Can you land on a planet in the Large Magellanic Cloud?
Yes he Can,but the Planets is randomly generated
planets "is". nice grammar
We haven't even discovered any exoplanets in the Large Magellanic Cloud in real life. We've barely been able to discover any unique stars outside of our galaxy, and most of these are in the LMC, and SMC. We've only discovered one exogalactic planet, and it is now part of our galaxy, because it, along with its parent star was part of a small dwarf galaxy that got absorbed into the Milky Way six billion years ago.
TeknoSwift "are" French here my bad
or the have the same names for stars galaxies or planets like called RS-0-35-3455
Anton, can you make a video of Small Magellanic Cloud?
7.5 thousand light years away now that’s crazy.
Visit small Magellanic cloud
Anton make a custom solar system. Pls like if you agree
full different habitable bodies i.e. moons of gas giants and the planets themselves. (Maybe some chthonian habitable planets :).)
He already did a video like that a long time ago
Tamizh Kumar sounds boring
what software are you using? great video
From My understanding these clouds are at escape velocity and they will actually leave the the milkyway in around billion years.
Both LMC and SMC are visible only from the Southern Hemisphere and the Equatorial regions. You forgot to mention this.
"First let's actually go there" ok guy 😂
Sanduleak -69° 202 exploded on the outskirts of the Tarantula Nebula
came to know today that R136a1 is in LMC.
yay!
Would there be exo planets in the SMC?
Anton, what are your computer specs? I want to know what to get to build a PC that can run games like SpaceEngine like yours does.
Everything you’re looking is at least 150,000 years old. Think about it
L and SMC galaxies have recently been found to travel too fast to merge with the MWG. They are just passing through.
What's the name of the program used here? Fantastic video!
moonknight12579 its called space engine
Is there any application on android that can show the stars and galaxies the way you show in this video ?

Is there a black hole in the large and small clouds?
what this got to do with LMC?? it is all about some star formation which can be anywhere, since they are pretty uniform
cool song I liked I subscribed and like slapped
Yay! A video about the Large magellanic cloud XD The book I'm writing takes place there!
David K oh cool and what is this book about may I ask?
dylandinosaur I'll give you the blurb :)
Oppressed by poverty and injustice, Raven Gray steals a spaceship and enters a wormhole-a one-way ticket to either death or a new home.
She emerges in a galaxy where alien civilizations are on the verge of war. She must decide: hide, or risk her life to bring peace.
David K so much more to the story
I have many questions
Doctor Charisma Like what?
Doctor Charisma I only have a few more chapters to write, then it'll be off to drafting it for publication.
What sort of thing or equipment did you use in the visuals?
What software is he using to look at space like this
does anyone knows when space engine's new version will be released?
höö ho there's no set date, it comes out when it comes out. There's only one guy, so I'm quite happy with what we have already.
Tell that one guy to hurry up... just kidding. I don't even have this game/simulation. Looks cool though.
HEYA! Can you tell me how to install space engine I am unable to do it... PLease help
What kinda of software or program do you need to be able to look at the stars and galexies like you do on the videos
He is literally on game called “space engine” he isn’t the developer
Gamilas and Iscandar hehe
What website are you using to view the universe?
Hi. What software did you use in this video ?
Space Engine
why your space engine looks like that?
name of the game
You forgot the Central Black Hole
Which app are you using to make us visualize whole stuff?
Universe sandbox just in pc
@@Thamertrki29 no space engine
Why does this guy sound like a sane Yamiks?
Can life still exist in water on ocean planets if the planet doesn't have an atmosphere?
Yes but only if there's an ice sheet above the water
What kind of program are you using?
Space Engine
what app are you using
ferdinand magellan killed by lapu lapu
Which software is that?
I am a tarantula.
I seen the most massive star there and I did not know it was binary until I found (binary) in its info XD
is that an app or something?
What software is this? I would pay 100 USD for this type of space exploration for me and my brothers.
Space Engine
Was this made with blender?
I wish we could see these in the northern hemisphere!
So, the large Magellanic cloud is as far away from us as is the diameter of the MW? I would love to be on a planet there to see the full MY every night.
Talk about small magellanic cloud
as a common viewer, I'm beginning to feel tired searching life forms looking at the science community efforts to find one.
Really? I heard the Clouds are moving fast enough to get away from our galaxy never to be seen again.
Im veerrryyy early...
Pls
