For the nail 'stickers', make sure your nails are clean and dry, and wipe your nails with an alcohol pad. Once you have the sticker in place, use an emery board to lightly file off the excess. You might find that bending the excess down and using the file in a downward motion to get a clean edge. Thanks for another video and LOVE your hair!

Or are they similar to Color Street and you use nail polish remover. I love my color street ,but if I can find similar ones for less, then I'll definitely have to try these👍

With the nail wraps, bend the extra over the edge of your nail, and then using a file you simply smooth over the edge, and it comes right off with a nice need to finish! Love you!! Keep going! You make me laugh while educating me!! Lol!
Love the nail stickers. Used them for two years during Covid. Mine lasted 3 weeks. I would use a nail clipper or manicure scissor to Clip off the excess. Eventually, I’ll go back to them instead of paying $80 a month 😮

I got a whole bunch of these too & yes they were for my overnight oatmeal phase as well, 😅 you can definitely microwave it without the lid, the container is glass so it will be hot, but the lids are pretty cheap. You definitely can use it for leftovers etc. they are very nice though…

Wasn't a fan of the sticker nails first time they were peeling back when I use them. Now, when I use them I customize them to the style that I want by cutting them. And, then I put a clear coat on top.

The whole store will never go back to $1. That inflation ship has sailed and sunk. But I think corporate has learned that some of their items are overpriced and not competitive at $1.25 (canned goods, most school supplies and other misc things), hence the rumors of about 500 products going back down to $1.

You know what I like to do with the rub on glass stickers? I put them on fall candles! Takes it up a level!
I jack up a LOT of cords, so yeah, I got one of those goofy brick covers as well as the one for the other end. Looks stupid, but I think they really work.
Those kabuki brushes are great when doing nails: after you file and buff, use to dust off the grit.
Nail wraps: minimum prep, you need to file, push back cuticles, and swipe with plain isopropyl alcohol before applying. For best results, use a ridge filling basecoat hours before application and use a top coat, being sure to cap ends. Main thing on application is to not let wrap touch skin - so make sure it goes under proximal fold, not on it, or leave a gap. Peeling off to remove is not recommended, as it can remove layers of nail. I have not used that particular brand that I recall, but I've tried many brands and the ease of application varies, with age of product making a big difference. Some you can just rub the free edge of nail and the excess will cleanly come away, but others you need to take a nail file and pull it down over the edge - don't pull it sideways like you're filing nails. Does that make sense? Hold file perpendicular to end of nail. Some companies do make gel ones, but since regular ones well applied can last weeks, I don't see a point in them.
The glass container is the bomb! I think I bought them over a year ago and use them, yes for sofrito, tomato sauce, and loose candy. But the cover, since it is plastic, wears out quickly, especially if one covers and uncovers the container daily.
A set of wide jar corks, or silicone caps, wouldn't cost much to make these last forever.
I just saw this in my Michigan store and it's PERFECT for my Q-Tips! I've been looking for and trying all sorts of containers and this ... BY FAR ... has been the best. I dropped it on the vinyl bathroom floor a few times and it's still perfect. The lid is EXCELLENT quality too. LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!
To use the nail wraps you clean your nail plate/bed with alcohol to remove the oil and sanitize them. Place the wrap on your nail align with the cuticle. Take a nail file and position it vertically to the free edge of your nail and file down along the edge to remove the excess. After you have applied and trimmed them you can either use a regular top coat on them or a UV cure top coat making sure to go along the free edge of your nail to seal where it has been trimmed so it does not lift or peel. How long they lasts depends on how much your hands are in water, how much you use hand lotion and if you have used a top coat.
what is the best way to get the nail stickers off?
@@REDSTU1 normally with a regular top coat over them you would use an acetone/non acetone based remover for nail products. Also note that any polish will come off easier if you use your file and buff the shine from the surface of the polish to break the seal of it before you use the remover.
I use this camo bag to hold tools in my car! And I use these glass containers for storage and reheating! I always love when I see something I already have in Vivian's videos... makes me feel like I'm doin' somethin' right 😁
If you want a case of them, you can order them and have them shipped to you or to your store. When ordering from Dollar Tree online, they have a predetermined quantity you have to order. Plus, it varies by product.
I've purchased stemless and pint glasses this way. I think it was 12 minimum per order and free shipping to store. May have been a $2 processing fee too.
Those jars with the white lids used to be known as French jam/jelly jars. When I was a growing up, we used the for our everyday drinking glasses. I think my parents bought their set at Williams Sonoma or some other fancy kitchen store. This was back in the 80s.

I have to have that camo bag for each car! It looks like the perfect size to hold wipes, hand sanitizer, Band-Aids, a pen, mini notebook, tissues, etc. And I won't have to worry about its getting kicked around and getting dirty.

Vivian, I've been using the nail "stickers" for about 3-4 years now and I'm so in LOVE. A few tips, clean ur nails first with alcohol to take any oil and dirt off and the length of how long they will stay put increases. Second tip, instead of pulling the excess off use a fine grit nail file and in single strokes start the front of the nail towards the back nail. I kind of pull sticker over and down a little the a couple swipes with file and the extra falls of U Do not want any little pieces hanging anywhere because it will act like a tab to pull off the manicure. I made sure to smooth them down really good, used a rubber cuticle pusher to help in really smoothing out before I filed the excess off. For a tiny added extra I have put clear polish across the very top edge over sticker for protection. Lastly, I can do anything, I work on cars and have not once had problems with product coming off, being sliced not one thing. It stayed on so well I finally had to peel off. Let me know how goes. I'm have a license also, enjoy.

I have done Sally Hansen ones and they say to use nail polish remove. They were in a sealed pouch and smelled really badly of nail polish.

The Coty (pronounced Ko - t) powder has been around for a long time, my mother and grandmother used it and I'm old as the hills. 🤣
The stick on nail polish is best put on dry~dry~dry nails just before bed time. DO NOT GET THEM WET AFTER APPLICATION. Go to sleep with them and they will cure while you sleep. They will last a long time if you handle application like that. Great for toenails too.
The second product, i use it to make overnight oats and yogurt. Ready to eat for breakfast the next morning. Easy to clean. I toss both in the top shelf of the dishwasher. I love them!

For the decal on the glass mug you can probably use a clear nail polish to keep the decal from coming off.

I had to laugh when talking about husband getting something. Mine ask me where something is all the time. And I will tell him it is right in front of you. If you stick your hand in front of you there is no way you can't pick it up. Then I say I am so glad it wasn't a snake it would have bit you about 10 times.

I use the mail stickers ALL the time - love them. To remove the excess from the end, use an emery board and carefully file downward - perforates them so you can easily remove the extra. Plus, I put a clear coat over them… the ones I’m wearing now have been on for over three weeks with no issues!!
The jars with the lids are like the ones Ikea sells without lids. Great for overnight oats. Warning they are not microwaveable. They spark if put in the microwave.

For the nail wraps, be sure to apply on clean and dry nails, try using alcohol to clean off any oil or dirt. Use a nail file/Emory board to file off the excess. Be sure not to wet your hands for at least an hour to allow the adhesive to cure on to nail. And they may last up to 10 days.
I've used the nail wraps and they generally last 1 to 2 weeks. I've washed dishes, showered put my hair up and not had any problem with them coming off. Sometimes, I can get two nails covered with one sticker by cutting them in half. I don't use a clear coat either.
Try filing the ends of the nails downward with emery board and it files the extra off.
Another cool new item I've seen popping up in my local DT's are reusable mesh produce bags. You get 5 bags for $1.25, which is an insane deal (I won't tell you how much I paid for mine four years ago). These are fantastic for folks looking to reduce single-use plastic waste when buying bulk produce, nuts and candies.

Hey there! I’ve used the mail stickers many times. I like to start with a base coat (but it’s not needed) put the ‘sticker’ on, trim the end by smoothing it down then using a nail file in a downward motion to remove the excess. It gives you a nice edge on the end. Let them cure over night (or a few hours at least) then use a good top coat…the longest wear I’ve gotten off them is 3 weeks but it’s usually it’s 2 weeks. They can be peeled off but it’s not great for your nail bed, regular polish remover works great for removal. They’re my favourite thing!! ❤

I was thinking of that or of Corn Silk powder from the ancient days of the 80s the other night while I was out of town and just wanted something to matte and kind of even my tone out when we went out unexpectedly with friends (I was on a makeupless vacay). I didn't have the time or mental bandwidth to go to the walmart makeup aisles)

I’ll say I agree with you 100% not every dollar tree in every store has the same products last year I bought CHRISTMAS products not in Texas but in Tennessee because my four dollar tree stores in my hometown did not carry them or if they did, they got such a small amount they went really fast like so as I was going 13 hours east to visit my best friend in Tennessee. We stopped at Harlow dollar tree in her little town and Wala. They had my Christmas products a ton of them on the shelves. Vivian, Vivian, girl, you know your coffee beans don’t go back in the pantry the container is a great idea because airtight is yes exactly what you want but it needs to go in the freezer. That’s what keeps coffee beans or coffee grounds fresh. Tight seal freezer.

I haven't used dollar tree nail stickers but I do use Lily and fox...start with clean nails and put them on....I put a clear polish over it and lasts about 10 days....I wash dishes by hands too....I love them

For the nail stickers use the tiny Scissors in a manicure set to clip the extra, then file easily to make it not look jagged.
