How to make coffee gelato

This is our 3rd video with different flavor gelato, but this time we will use it to make a cake! Our friend is turning 22 and he requested chocolate and coffee ice cream cake.
If you do not feel comfortable using raw egg yolks, buy pasteurized eggs or pasteurize them yourself.
