I'm amazed that the furniture is still that nice. Every boat I've looked at in the lower price range - and that includes +- $8,000 - has furniture that looks like a 10 year old went at it with a chainsaw. They''re complete scrape-off's. A new furniture suite at this time is +-$3,500.
I like the red and black…. Good job! And I feel ya on the wiring, I’m in the same boat… “no pun intended” ha ha
Great editing
Nice and short videos. Nice job!
good job, my son and I are looking to start a project just this this..
Thank you! I think you'll have a great time and find it rewarding to have done the project together! Let me know if there is anything I can help with.
Good job!
Great job, TJ! Your videos are fun and informative! Great project! I like the black trim!
Looking great! Making good progress.
Well done and your videos move along at a good pace. My son's and I did this same project 11 years ago and are still enjoying it. Cutting out and gluing the transom then also.
Run all new wires its easy.
Thanks! That's great! I hope to get some years out of mine. The wiring does seem a bit intimidating at first.
very nice. I might have used Epoxy to glue and coat the transom.. just because I have it. Nice job!
Dang, I had some epoxy but didn't think about using it. Thanks for the suggestion!
Have you experimented with a heat gun to maybe tighten up the protective strip along your fence edges? Not sure what kind of material its made from, but rubber does shrink usually when heated, and that may just tighten up loose rubber around the corners... I would experiment with a remnant piece before doing this to finish product, ofcourse.
The trim looks fine. I would paint it a different color than black.
I think black looks good, but cleaning the aluminum up would probably look just as sharp.
Nice job on the video. A lot of great tips. I like how you updated the fencing but was curious why you didn't update the furniture as well? It looks like the vinyl is still in great shape, but new colors would have made it pop even more. Also, is there a part 1 and 2?
Haha, well the only reason I didn't update the future was I ran out of money! You bet, there are 7 total videos in the series. Thanks for watching!
Great job. Love your fencing, where did you get it from?
Thanks! I got the fence pannels from everythingpontoon.com
They also have completed sets if you're interested.
Wondering where you bought your new furniture and your aluminum paneling from? And are they a plastic base? Thanks
You can get furniture from websites like pontoonstuff.com the plastic base furniture is nice. It won't rot and it's easy to clean and dry.
what is the length and width
Is it possible to switch the two doors and put the better hanging one in the front?
Absolutely! Unfortunately that was the best one out of the bunch!
Well, you made it work. The boat looks great!
@@Kmartz1968 Thanks!
Can i buy it
The colors don't match>
New furniture is really expensive. +-$3,000
