Charles Haddon (C.H.) Spurgeon (June 19, 1834 January 31, 1892) was a British Reformed Baptist preacher who remains highly influential among Christians of different denominations, among whom he is still known as the "Prince of Preachers." In his lifetime, Spurgeon preached to around 10,000,000 people, often up to 10 times a week at different places. His sermons have been translated into many languages. Spurgeon was the pastor of the New Park Street Chapel in London for 38 years. In 1857, he started a charity organization called Spurgeon's which now works globally. He also founded Spurgeon's College, which was named after him after his death.
Spurgeon was a prolific author of many types of works including sermons, an autobiography, a commentary, books on prayer, a devotional, a magazine, and more. Many sermons were transcribed as he spoke and were translated into many languages during his lifetime. Arguably, no other author, Christian or otherwise, has more material in print than C.H. Spurgeon.

This is an encouraging message. I have been a Christian for almost 40 years and at times in dwelling sin frightens me. God have mercy on me a sinner and guard my soul and deliver me. Let me not be put to shame for I take refuge in you. May integrity and uprightness preserve me, for I wait for you.

How do I become weak with myself ? x
Thats not right. It means you are strong in Christ if you want to avoid sin and to know your weaknesses to your besetting sin. You don't run to sin to get strong in Christ. Being in Christ Jesus means you want to repent and confess and turn from your old ways not to try to become weak to sin in flesh but to rely on Jesus Christ when the storm comes. We are called to walk in the spirit not the flesh a new creature in Christ. Romans 12:1-2.
Oh, for the Grace of God and His mercy! Let us daily be washed in the Word of the Lord and walk humbly before Him....
I long for the day that sin is no more. Jesus come soon in Glory and redeem this wretched man that I am.

I've found that the only way to fight indwelling sin is to die to it. It will always stand outside your door so you must be on guard.

This awesome man of God must have been following Jesus to find this out because it is 100 percent true
I personally think it's a beautiful thing to be able to peacefully accept this is who we are naturally we are vile instead of trying to pretend we are good and ignoring ourselves. (Not to say sin is beautiful don't get me wrong)
I feel that a lot of saved Christians are still babes on milk and not on meat because they are receiving MILK SERMONS.

Explain weaker in yourself to grow stronger in God.??🤔
