Does your budgie have happy or unhappy chirping? 📢🧡
My boys have all of the chirping depending on what is going on. :D Mostly happy. Though one of them makes this distinct little sounds when he is curious or confused about something. It is a very soft and chirpy sound in three syllables that is very unique to that one budgie boy. Another sound he makes is a faint and small chirp that almost sounds as a growl and he makes it when he is feeling too uncomfortable with someone getting into his personal space, but is also not willing to move away :D

@@daanyaaltahir2012 Im not sure I understand the question right, but yes you can definitely tame two budgies. Mine are only in the cage for the night though so they are out and free flying all day so it is easier to get their trust if they know they can just fly away if they are too anxious or uncomfortable with something.

I had a flight cage with several beautiful keets in it. I loved observing them. They had relationships with each other, some were pairs. All had different personalities. One day I was sitting at a table and the cage was lined up with it, rather close to it. I was upset about something and was crying. I looked up to see every one of the keets leaning forward on a perch, straining to watch me. To the point it looked like they might fall forward off the perch. They’d gone completely silent and all were looking concerned. I’ll never forget that. Normally they’re so animated, talkative and busy. They knew something was wrong but it surprised me that they’d stop what they were doing to pay so much attention to me.

Thankyou, my little English Budgie Geoffrey seems to be happy. I was worried, as he tends tto be on quiet side..but he chirps when I read to him, and he loves certain movies. As a little scared aviary bird...he had just blooomed xx I am happy to see that I seem to be doing the right things xxx He will sit on my hand when he wants, and has free in and out of his home , also when he wants. Thanks x he does the grinding sound, and the chatter singing xx he has a fave trill sound, and I leave the TV on for him when I am at work, he also likes when I play my violin...he may think I am not that great lol xxx

My budgies were fluffed up when i came home. I tried giving them treats to know whether they are sick or not. They ate well and still stayed the same. Then i played their favourite song and they started to sings. It seems budgies get angry on you . also they feel bored without music😂😂😂
My male budgie fluffs up when it's time for bed. The female doesn't do that often.

@@daanyaaltahir2012 it is possible but depends on the temperament of the budgies as they have individual personalities: sometimes you put two budgies together in a cage and they'll live like friends but other times they will attack each other and one might even kill or disable the other one so sometimes they have to be kept in separate cages for safety.
My budgie is also named oreo!

You shouldn't be breeding them if you're not sure of basics like proper cage size. There are enough neglected animals out in the world don't add to it.

I heard a weird sound when my family was bird-sitting some budgies, I was scritching a budgie that was fine with it and was like “are all of them this friendly?” I tried scritching another and heard what sounded like an angry duck noise that got slightly louder each time it was made, I’m pretty sure that was the budgie’s way of saying “Stop” so I didn’t touch the budgie after I heard that sound

My budgie Herbie sleeps a lot I don't know if he sleeps good at night time
If its a new bird then it is okay to give it some time to adjust. But if you have your budgie for a long time then the reason could be dark room or exposure to bed light or it is a single budgie so it is feeling lonely get it a partner or he has medical issues. Take it to the vet

Hi Alen thank your video I’m always learning and improving my care for my budgies :) but have a question one of my bugies will obsessively and occasionally will lick metal objects in the cage being a bell toy , chain or the cage itself is this normal ? He eats and drink normally. I would really appreciate if Anyone would give me some advice :)
I think it is normal because budgies often like to kiss their reflection A LOT especially if it is a lone budgie and not living with other budgies so maybe your budgie sees its reflection in the bell and other metal objects.

I recently got him a companion and he’s still does it .. i have plenty of chewing sticks and toys plus plenty of fruit and veg to nibble at between the cage bars . But still occasionally will lick the chains on toys or cage gaps . I read somewhere it could be lack of salt or something lacking in diet ..

i have two budgies, one passed away on 20TH aPRIL 20TH, poor Skippy. my other other budgie Sonny is alone now, he seems to be calling out a lot, but later in the evening he's chattering and trilling which sounds content and happy. he's got ;lots of space in a large cage, my mother cares for Sonny well, lots of toys, always fed and kept cleaned. how do i comfort my budgie if he's calling for his friend?

I have 2 parakeets and I'm trying so hard for them to trust and like me. I also have 2 cockatiels ( one of the cockatiels was my mom's bird , when she passed away I took her in and love her so much ) my cockatiels love me and aren't afraid of me but my parakeets just want to play with one another and they just look to me for food . I hope they eventually trust me.

However with your continuous talking without any break makes it pretty hard to actually listen to the different sounds of the buddgies.
Suggestion: first play the sound of the buddgie then explain what it means.
Hey, Alen I have been watching you since long. But I think you never made a video on how do you manage your budgie's toilet when you leave them in your home.
Coz when I leave mine in room they just pee on couch, window, etc so my parents don't allow them to leave in room.

Budgies dont pee?? If your budgie is peeing then its probably a medical problem
Budgies don’t pee- they do all their business in one go. Regardless, it’s not possible to potty train them. They physically cannot control when they use the bathroom. It doesn’t smell and is easy to clean, so most people don’t care.
why not some indoor plants that keep them more comfortable ? even air purifying plants ?
