I hope the Chelsea owners sell some players and back him with 1-2 world class signings that can make a huge difference. For all Gusto’s great play and assists he at times makes mistakes still although he’s much more polished than the former two. Hopefully preseason will solve these issues and we can access mid season in Jan next year. Sterling sold then Chalobah, Gallagher, Broja, Fofana, DD Fofana, Cucu, Lukaku, Ziyech and whoever else I’m forgetting hopefully all get sold in the summer. First three allow us to get proper 9 and help books along with Hall assuming we get £30-35 for all 4 of them + Lukaku at £30-35. Also this gives us multiple loan spots to send our younger guys for minutes (Santos, Casdei, Ugo, Chuk, Deivid) or keep a few should we need. 3-4-3 starting next season with Osimhen, Jackson, Palmer then Nkunku/Mudryk, Enzo, Caicedo and Lavia in midfield 3 with hopefully James, Disasi

Last couple of weeks had me thinking maybe Poch isn’t the problem after all but this kind of games against bottom sides are showing me that Poch is part of the problem everytime we have a 1 goal lead he changed the tactics as we are 3/4 goals up. Gallagher is a useful player but not in this kind of games where you will have 80/90 % ball possesion, it’s either him or Caicedo. Isn’t the first time Poch’s game management and subs kills us at the end of the 2nd half. A WC manager would’ve known what kind of players he’s working with and how to manage it on the pitch, isn’t a secret that we don’t have players like Terry, Cahill, Carvalho etc so we can’t go into full defensive mode, as a manager if your defense is leaky why would you change to a tactic where it will be exposed.
Chelsea is a team in process.... don't expect that level of consistency now it will come with experience..... This season is all about building together... knowing each other... feeling the league .... growing...as the team grows, consistency will come....it doesn't happen in a day... I expect the consistency to start coming in the next 8-10 months.... Am satisfied with what I see from this team.... because i have decided to look further

Noni should start and Conor should either be played in his natural position or be benched. No need to play him out of position and not get any vital contribution. It's almost like we played with 10 men.

Poch is not a technical coach...Palmer is the engine room of the team and you can just substitute him like that. The late substitution were rubbish

Last couple of weeks had me thinking maybe Poch isn’t the problem after all but this kind of games against bottom sides are showing me that Poch is part of the problem everytime we have a 1 goal lead he changed the tactics as we are 3/4 goals up. Gallagher is a useful player but not in this kind of games where you will have 80/90 % ball possesion, it’s either him or Caicedo. Isn’t the first time Poch’s game management and subs kills us at the end of the 2nd half. A WC manager would’ve known what kind of players he’s working with and how to manage it on the pitch, isn’t a secret that we don’t have players like Terry, Cahill, Carvalho etc so we can’t go into full defensive mode, as a manager if your defense is leaky why would you change to a tactic where it will be exposed.
Chelsea is a team in process.... don't expect that level of consistency now it will come with experience.....
This season is all about building together... knowing each other... feeling the league .... growing...as the team grows, consistency will come....it doesn't happen in a day...
I expect the consistency to start coming in the next 8-10 months....
Am satisfied with what I see from this team.... because i have decided to look further
