Laird what's a full day of eating like for you when on maintenance? The vlogs don't lie, you train extremely hard but you also seem to work a physically intensive job. How do you fuel all that activity? I was just curious how you figured out how to compensate for all that?

I find myself satisfied with base building but often struggle to transfer those gains into bigger PR’s instead of rep volume PR’s. Have a good week of training ahead 💪💪
