    Laird what's a full day of eating like for you when on maintenance? The vlogs don't lie, you train extremely hard but you also seem to work a physically intensive job. How do you fuel all that activity? I was just curious how you figured out how to compensate for all that?

    Excellent video full of top-notch information! I totally agree with the mindset of it's a marathon not a sprint. You can't rush perfection! Lol! It definitely pays to be intentional and plan out long-term. Thanks for all you do brother!

    Great video, great explanations, like the extra training footage.
    How to you incorporate heavy singles as you approach competition day?
    I find myself satisfied with base building but often struggle to transfer those gains into bigger PR’s instead of rep volume PR’s.
