Pudu 易生发海鲜饭店，已有20几年历史。它是Pudu其中一家最有名的煮炒饭店, 几乎每天都排队！招牌菜有姜蓉蒸鱼头，枇杷豆腐，咕噜肉，鸳鸯排骨，上汤啦啦，佛钵等等。每道菜都色香味俱全！
Yi Sheng Huat, located in Pudu, is one of the most famous Zi Char restaurant in Pudu area. It is almost fully packed daily, frequented by mainly locals. The signature dishes including ginger steam fish head, pi pa tofu, sweet and sour pork, lala soup, yam basket etc. Every dish is exquisite and the price is very reasonable!

都不知道Pudu 有这么一间易生发海鮮饭店, 这地点遍离Pudu中心和Cheras边接处, 所以沒到过。谢谢你又让我知道Pudu又有多一间美食处, 主要是廚师亲力掌勺的, 而且廚艺熟練一点不馬虎, 菜靓价实惠, 有机会找几位朋友去, 就点你吃过的这道菜吧。

我没问清楚有没有炸过，因为已经早准备好的。可是吃是完全不会油腻。😋
PUDU區真是美食聚寶盆. 個佛砵好特別好正喎, 我對於芋頭比較沒有抵抗能力🤤. 琵琶豆腐同蒸魚頭都好吸引. 蝦米生腸是好特別的菜式, 請問會咸嗎? 我睇完你條片, 立即Google, 見有評論話呢味餸比較咸.
哈哈真的太多美食了。我那天吃的不會咸，可是每個人口味不同，還是要你自己試試才得😁
以前仁嘉隆（jenjarom)的鳳凰酒家有一味芋頭排骨麵，將排骨和芋頭一起燜煮至芋頭糊化後撈大碌麵食用。可惜因疫情而結業
烏魯音的芋頭麵味道上則有些少唔同

炸好了的古老肉用米袋来盖非常不卫生，老板炒菜不戴帽子和 围裙，员工也一样没有。
其实他家的厨房是开放式的，干不干净顾客一目了然，不会脏到哪里去，不然不会总是爆满。本人觉得卫生还可以，可是这见仁见智。
