I recently stayed at one of the beach houses in Cherry Grove, SC with my dad’s big family for a week. During our visit, we all loved it so much that we shopped there multiple times! We got and enjoyed a whole bunch of seafood from there for the family one night.
Highly recommend going here for anything you need from food to beach essentials. Glad they have been in business for the past 75 years!
That is awesome! Yes, no one around the north end thinks they'd be hanging at a supermarket until they go into Boulineau's IGA Grocery. Lol They do have a lot of great things. We didn't get to try lunch - the line was too long. But we'll hit it next time.
Brings back great childhood memories! We would walk down from the Blockade Runner every night. It was either for dinner or ice cream!

our first stop when back in town, i always get my fishing lisc there for my stay. they own quite a few pl;aces along sea mt highway for all your needs. hardware store, conv. store close to the shack, and ice cream place, and novelty stores as well. the second floor is always fun, little bit of everything, the boulineau family has done awesome providing for the locals and guests all year long. huge part of Cherry Grove.
We see that now. We'll be frequenting that place from now on - when we get up there. Love to ride around NMB. It's laid back. Thanks for the info.

Frank Boulineau ( still works at grocery ) owns the beachwear store next to lighthouse and also the ice cream store next to that . On the other side of store he owns the ace hardware and also owns the shell station next to ace . Up street he also owns Platts seafood and also the express gas station next to Platts . He also owns the IGA grocery store in Loris .
Dang, he's got a lot of businesses. That's most of the beach. That'll keep a person busy. Thanks for the info.

One of my favorite places for hot deli meals . Love to sit upstairs by myself and eat . Down street at Boulineaus Express they have the same fried chicken recipe there . I go there when I'm workn on the marsh . ....Platts shrimp sandwiches too Lol

I know a couple people mentioned Boulineau's Ace Hardware, but I have got to say that store has been a life saver a couple of times for me. I have done plumbing in many of the condos and canal homes in Cherry Grove and needed something after all the plumbing supply places have closed. Sure enough Boulineau's had it.
