In reference to the headlight plug that you had to work around that particular plug has the tendency to fail and the failure sometime is intermittent I drive semi I drive about 3000 miles a week. The vibration jarring works against a plug. You’re a test light will show it’s working and you will start to believe that you have a bad batch of bulbs but it’s the plug.
I’ve ran alpharex headlights since 2019 when they first came out I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them unlike morimoto which rebrands a lot of their products had a $1600 set of headlights burn out fresh out the box

Yes it is for the driving running lights so when you turn on your ignition the c bars come on for a driving running light like all your modern day cars have
