I love estate sales. Me and my wife split up and attack a sale for items we wanted. Having a good relationship with the estate sale companies will go along way.

Hi Dominic :) Wow, I'm going in at the 4th spot, woohoo!! I want to share a few things I do to prepare: I look for estate sales on the sites you mentioned, estatesales.net and garagesalefinder.com, and I print out the first page of each sale in my area. Then I look at the pictures, study the wording, and I write down key words of things that interest me and I assign a number on a 10 point scale. Example: "10-lots of smalls, home decor, Corningware." If it's a so-so sale, I write "5-meh" so if I run short on time I know to target my higher point sales and not the 5's. I also write "0, NO" because as I'm driving around I might see an estate sale sign but if I already know it's a 0 on my scale, I won't get suckered into going to it. When I am really on my game, I use mapquest.com to plan out my route. I love love love your estate sales videos, thank you!!

I get a laugh when someone shows up to a really decent sale with a list and makes a snide comment when they are not in the first dozen or so. Something like "I have a life and I am not going to wait in line for two hours at an estate sale". Never fails, it happens at almost every heavy sale I go to.
P.S. - Another few things I learned to keep in my car is a blank pad of paper and a pre-cut and written set of 50 numbers or so, paper clipped together. Just in case I end up first in line for a street number sale.

Estatesales have pictures that’s always a plus to the first step of research ...
Every estate company runs to a standard in every different way some are liquidation some are high on crack ...
The object of the estate company is to recover money for the family and clean the house out ...
Some run the sale and make 30% standard
Some buy all inventory and run the sale in the house .. You don’t want to go the ones that buy all the stuff out because they have a 100 ways to get rid of it..
    Prime time A plus info

Most important you want one estate company that you always buy from so you get the deal if you buy all the time then they know that your gonna be back and that your a good customer...
Tip I make a big pile and always buy some junk that could do well with a risk so it helps to clean out the junk ...
    Bulk buy
Ask if you can buy a whole room
Ask if you can buy all of one item
If your number one in line you can ask these ?s on the bulk buy that’s the best position...
A plus again Prime Time nice break down on a sale
