@@idan8259 Weston is exactly what it was intended to be. An extremely well kept city, where the landscaping is gorgeous and crime is non-existent. Like I said, it's not exactly exciting. No, but it is an ideal place to raise your family. Half the city borders the Everglades so there's never much traffic, as no one goes through Weston to get anywhere and no one crosses Alligator Alley during commute times. It was built by the same guys who built Disney World 20 years prior, and has often struck me as close in spirit to what Walt Disney intended EPCOT to be, before he died & his brother turned it into a convention center. Look that up if you're curious. In terms of day to day living, it's very heavily South American. So if you're an anglo like me the social thing can be hard sometimes. Both my young boys go to school at the entrance to our development, so I get to ride my bike with them each morning, which is a very nice way to start a day. A lot of fathers ride bikes with their kids to the school. It's a good city, no doubt. But nightlife is non-existent. Of course Miami has more than a man could see in a lifetime and it's 40 minutes away, so it's not that big of a deal. Finally everyone has waterfront property. Really, it's just swamp drainage, but we like to call them lakes. It's nice to paddle around at sunset. Watch out for gators! Finally, a fun thing is that there are no straight roads. Not one, outside of the old bonaventure area. They all curve and twist around, which is strangely pleasant to drive. You get so you're living in the Weston Bubble after a while, and any other town will seem ugly by comparison, fair or not
Look at those beautiful homes!!
Absolutely beautiful

How is life in Weston? It is my place of birth but I don't have many memories of that place.
