Fading Steps
- Set in guideline
- Lever open set in next guideline
- 1 guard lever open next guideline
- 1.5,2,3lever open guard blend up
- Clipper over comb if needed
- Blend second guideline w/ .5 guard open to 3 qtr
- Continue blending second guideline w/ 1 guard 3qtr
- Blend first guideline w zero, lever closed
- Open lever half way, continue blending
- Continue blending with lever open
- Do any touch up work
- Use trimmers to take out bottom hair
- Use electric shaver
- Do any line up with trimmers
- Shave with straight razor

I got a question, I’ve watched your guys videos and I’ve attempted to do my own haircut. The fading part I have down already and but I’m struggling on evening out the sides and the back side of my head so that it may look even with top. But I keep ending up with the sides sticking out and not looking even with the top. I like doing a 2 on top with a mid fade on the side and back. Please help me out what clip would you prefer I trying using on the sides to even it out with up portion of my head? Thank you guys for your time and videos.
