I like running back row attacks with my teams.
@@CoachChijo So far I have been playing 6-0 with 2 setters in the middle, and I want to start playing 5-1
Don't you have any video explaining the system?
the same as the system in the video where you won the championship
A 5-1 is fairly advanced as you must have a good setter who can take the pressure and also play back row defense. I determine the offensive system I will use for any given team based on the players I have each season. If the team has players with 2 good setters then maybe a two setter system. If I don’t have one really good setter who can also play defense then I may run a 4-2. I find the appropriate system for the players I have. The system can also change and evolve over the course of a season as player skills develop. Sometimes I use a system that is custom designed just for a particular team. It’s maybe not a system that other people are familiar with. I’ve often used a triangle or 3-setter system.
