Hi. At min 11:59 seams that some cords are really short. I'm a beginner and I really love this pattern. What happens with the 2 short cords??

Is the size of the beads the whole size or the size of the opening?
I'm trying to make my own bracelet and I love this pattern! But the beads I got look so much smaller (whole size 4mm)

You can pass one thread through the hole of the bead and pass the second thread through the back of the bead.
