What I like most about this video: The First Flags in the step-off were the ORIGINAL TEXAS LONG-POLE FLAGS from about 60 years ago; the short-pole flags following them was simply copying the high-school flag programs throughout Texas... (In 1966-67, one of my roomies was a Long Pole Flag Bearer. The BEST!) P.S At that time, the LHB Drum Major didn't "Lead The Band"; They Knew What To March! But the DM stood in the endzone, doing steeple-tossing, and catching almost all of them.
