I'm 68 years old. I started watching Clark when I read she was about to break some longstanding women's division 1 college records. I tuned in last winter and watched CC make history time after time. Breaking some new record every other game. Here I am now, still watching her breaking attendance records and TV viewing records, and ad revenue records, and merch sales records, and playing her heart out in the game she loves in spite of the rougher style of play. I fully expect her to be better and more effective in tonight's game than she was 2 nights ago, and better yet 2 nights from now. I'll keep watching!

Maya Moore, Breanna Stewart, Diana Taurasi all have their own skill sets better than hers. Her legacy so far is she is a good player on losing teams. No championships. Steph carried teams to titles.

Her legacy is as the best scorer in NCAA history and the 3rd best assist leader. And led her team in rebounding. There has never been a player like that. She took a mediocre team to NCAA finals 2 years in a row. Listen to this video - it has it exactly right. And I guess that annoys you for some reason.

How long do ya think it took Curry to lead a team to a championship? Think before ya type next time! The fact you expect this from Caitlin shows her greatness

CC has been quoted that the basket looks closer than it is to her. I know what she means as, in my youth, I had a 'good' jump shot from twenty to thirty feet away but the basket didn't seem that far away. I got nervous up close having to use the bank board. CC has probably made that shot so many thousands of times she can do them blindfolded.

I am amazed at the similarity of her game to Larry Bird. This girl can do it all and she is just getting started.

The clark effect is real. She is a generational talent. But her skill set is definitely not unmatched. There are a few ladies still in college with the same skill set. Watkins is one.

Yes- if the players in the league are grateful, and support Caitlin, they will be recognized as good people and be elevated along with her and into the sports history books... or if they choose to continue their campaign of personally berating her and being overly aggressive towards CC, she will rise above them all on her own, and leave them wallowing in their own jealousy and relative anonymity. Either way, no doubt, she will be a superstar.

Yes there will be someone like Caitlin and possibly better...this is the way these things go...there was Palmer and Nicolas and then came TIGER

She is not a three level scorer. Three ball or layup. Rarely does she cook in the mid range.

Caitlin Clark is like the big girl playing against kids on the play ground...the kids are amazed....then the other big girls come to play and now her game changes and little girls ask her ....why can't you do to them what you did to us?
Because they are bigger, stronger and faster than I am.
But you can still praise me.

Tbh there will be plenty of female hoopers that come in the future that will move the scale for the wnba even more the wnba has been in limbo since it was established with the overly fundamental play up until now

But her teams are losers. The problem with this is simple: injuries when your teammates depend too much on you. I fear for her future, since she might get injured, as she's the only reason I would watch a WNBA game.

There will be PLENTY of players to come that can basically just be a GOOD shooter...so CHANGE the headline. You people are FUNNY!!!...but I do understand... WHENEVER "Ya'll" THINK... BELIEVE...HOPE..."Ya'll" have someone that "Ya'll" want to be the BEST in Football or Basketball....."Ya'll" do the most to FORCE that person on EVERYBODY!!!...TIM TEBOW for example!!!
Only thing is this.... Caitlin Clark is NOT that "good" (but a good shooter)....& there are PLENTY of females in the WNBA that are MORE talented than her....& it's showing!!! She's not playing against RUTGERS or NORTHWESTERN anymore!!!!

Yup I watched her debut and she played exactly like prime Klay Thompson, coming off screens, pull up threes and catch and shoot. She’s gotta do more if she wants to considered the best ever
