- Enjoy a ride experience video of Test Track at EPCOT in 4K! This was filmed 2 different times on June 16th 2022 (once through the single rider line and the other via Lightning Lane). The World of Motion pavilion logo is all over signs, trash cans, etc, so I tried to show some of those as well!

Man.. I used to be able to go to Disney World a lot but when we moved away from Orlando and COVID started I haven't been there since then. I miss this ride so damn much.
🌟Awesome day/night of Test Track! This is a master class of how to film neon, preshow area, then hold on to the equipment while going really really fast. LOL I've never ridden it in the evening but like all things that go fast, always fun at night! I bet going really fast helped with the heat to call you off. Hopefully the hot spell will break soon with some great storms! Nice job 🚘💜

Your attention to detail always gives me a new perspective on rides.
I normally go into the single-person line, but only if the wait is less than an hour.
I also felt your adding the night-look was very good, and example of your gift to film and produce movies.

i have never rode it as sponcered by chevy ,but i road it befor chevy started to sponcer it ,and of course i road the original world of motion ,i cannot wait till i get a disney vacation club or a stock owners membership ,so i can go ride test track
Sad they had to do away with the old theming. Gone are the road surface tests, the heat and the cold, and who remembers the spray paint!
The nostalgic part of me misses the original Epcot with the World of Motion.
I miss Horizons too.
While occasionally something new is better, that isn't always a given.
By the way - I appreciate your ending this post with a lovely night view of the attraction and Spaceship Earth in the distance.

Yep I can understand that for sure. I really liked the original Test Track and thought it was a solid replacement for World of Motion, but Mission Space replacing Horizons is one of the worst decisions in the history of the company in my opinion. I agree Gerry. I know Epcot is suppose to change, but sometimes change isn't good. I too miss WofM, Horizons, and Maelstrom. Thrill rides are ok, but I always enjoyed the rides that make you look around and appreciate the development.
Thank you, 4K, for showing the World of Motion logos all around!! (“It’s fun to be free….”) Was the backseat ok for you to fit (watch the knees!!) I’m glad you pointed out this video and before that the World of Motion logos are all over the place…many of them I had/have missed.
No problem Rick! I really love and appreciate all the nods to World of Motion. So glad the Imagineers decided to do that! The back seat felt fine for me overall! My knees always hurt on most rides so I could just be used to the pain haha. Thanks so much as always 😃
BREAKING NEWS: Test Track is closing on June 17th 2024, this year for another significant refurbishment inspired by the lost extinct World of Motion ride. Although EPCOT might never resurrect World of Motion, being inspired by that ride of the past is good enough for me. I also wonder if it’s possible that in the meantime, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure will open at the Magic Kingdom at the meantime while It’s Tough to be a Bug has its very last performance for good to make way for a Zootropolis 4D show at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
I seem to prefer the experience of the old test track ,than to the new updated version.

I miss the old Test Track when it use to be a "not to be missed" ride for us. Now, if the line is more than 30 minutes long we'll skip it. We'll probably skip it even more now that the single rider line is gone.
Same here, I loved the original Test Track. But the single rider line is back now! I used it on this day for my first ride and I only waited like 5 minutes
It’s crazy that Test Track does 64MPH it’s the fastest ride in Disney🙌🏻🔥
When I rode it I was extremely disappointed with the acceleration... I wanted to do 90 😂

After I don't do research & put foot in mouth, I decided I should "re"watch this. Strange how refurbs make people say/do the darnest stuff. Anyway, no more complete video could be made of this ride. Maybe just recycle it so new subs can see it. I saw things I don't remember seeing while there LOL. Mom's first time on it I think was 2013 & when asked what she thought, she shrugged and said it's like driving with me and walked away. I took it as a compliment.👍🏻 Will be a better sub hopefully in the future🤞🏻
Hahaha no worries at all Liz, it’s easy to miss a video by accident! I’ll definitely film it again like this though, especially since it will get changed at some point. But that’s so funny, most of my family isn’t a big fan of Test track either😂
Does anyone else here feel like the outside of test track looks like a stage
when i went on test track i loved it but at the end the seatbelt eouldnt come off and i rode AGAIN and finnaly it unbuckled
It’s too bad they rethemed this attraction to the point that riders only vare about the ourside fast track run. Nobody cares about the pre-ride queue area or the lack of a storyline at the first half of the ride itself. At leadt the original theming told a convincing story of a car industry test environment and not a pseudo CAD design on a car built-in laptop. BTW, that kid screaming is very annoying and actually hurts the ear.

I wonder if the woman that was screaming did she pee herself as I have watched it with kids and they don’t scream lol
