I don't know. I don't really get that. I watched all of the episodes last year (with the girls) and she usually was very nice and sweet to them. She even hugged the entire "bad guy" team. She joked around with Esther a lot. She was constantly praising everyone who deserved it (even said "I love you" to An Qi). I guess there were maybe a FEW moments that were a bit more strict than she was with the boys, but not that much. I think there were actually only three instances with the girls, where it seemed more intense ((1) "Why don't you smile?" (2) "She keeps messing up." and (3) "This is so easy, why can't you just do it right.") And in all of those instances, her strictness was totally reasonable. She was never mean and never yelled. Generally, it was about the same with the boys and the girls. Lu Keran talked about how Lisa had them send videos of their practices and often called them to encourage them. When she got a high ranking, Snow Kong went out of her way to thank Lisa at the ranking ceremony because Lisa pointed out the key things she needed to improve and that made all the difference. People should watch the episode last year where her collaboration team was picking out a team name and see how much they all laughed together with Lisa. I really think the perception that she was super tough on the girls is mainly just due to the popular "tough mentor" videos that actually edited and selected just a few scenes to make it seem like she was stricter and tougher on them than she really was. People who didn't actually watch the whole show last season don't realize how she was generally just as sweet and caring for the girls as she was with the boys.

I love the way she was in both the season . Previously she expressed herself as a strict mentor and this season as a very friendly yet professional mentor . I love the way she was in both the season . Previously she expressed herself as a strict mentor and this season as a very friendly yet professional mentor . Now many memes have been created on her for the earlier one many has hated her for that ... But I just want to say the fact that you know for making someone better you have to be strict in no matter what, the outcome will be the best and she just was doing what she was supposed to do . She expressed herself in a different way being strict being professional just the way they will be tested as a trainee she took care of everyone's movement and did her best . Similarly we got to see a more friendly version of her this season and those who disrespected her earlier should see the this one too . She did her best and I'm so proud of her
