Just an FYI, but Harry's and Thomas's talents should not have flipped. Talents don't flip unless they say otherwise (like Molly's does). They are usable every time you discard for FP. You actually won the game pre-showdown, as you used Thomas's talent 2 extra times, which would have given The Shadowman the two extra hits you needed to win.
4:08 Three-Eye Drug War, you say that all die rolls become negative, that is false. When you roll the die any blank roll becomes negative, positive rolls stay positive.
tactical thought. If you applied the 3 hits from Thomas' Two Blade Slash to The Shadowman, I believe you would have finished that card. THEN, you could have put the other hits on the Toad Demon, since Shadowman was removed.
Thanks for making this, I'm really glad I watched it! I've played about five solitare games and haven't won a single one yet. Turns out I COMPLETELY misread the Three Eye Drug War card and I was making every single BLANK die a negative, so maybe my luck will be better tonight.

Yeah. I've had a few times with all the obstacles and advantages in slots 4 and 5, which makes it impossibly hard. I'm thinking about house ruling movement from 5 and 6 instead of just 6 during the set up.
Agreed that is the biggest downfall, the repeated art. Still I do enjoy the gameplay enough that the art is only a minor hindrance! Thanks for watching!
Yea judging by the Kickstarter campaign they produced quite a few different characters to play as so it makes sense they would want to spend the money doing that rather than improving the art. Based on the prices for the game and expansions it looks like KS backers got quite a deal.

I've never seen this show (read this book series?), but the game looks like it might be fun.

I agree, the setup can really make or break the game due to where those pesky obstacles are! I may have to instigate that rule!
