If you had submitted ECCIS/NARIC with your SWV application to prove your english proficiency, then I don't think you need to prove it again for your ILR/citizenship application. (ECCIS doesn't expire as far as I remember) But you had taken SELT, then you may need to. (I think SELT certificate is valid for only 2 years)
