☆ First I want to say Happy Birthday to Mona!! / @monoomii
★ Holy Shit. Some people were tripping at when I told them the intended length of the Amv. (4:03) But I had to cut out some of the unnecessary extra seconds. 3:48 is still pretty long for an Fx Amv though. Lol it’s like people were saying. “You’re doing a 1-man mep? you’re crazy.” It wasn’t that bad tbh, I just stayed motivated, took a LOT of breaks and just stayed committed to it. Lol when you want something, you go after it.

★ BUT as you can clearly see I had a LOT of time on my hands. Like I spent a less amount of day’s total on this Amv than I did my MDS Entry this year. BUT I spent WAY more hour’s total on this Amv then the other one. Not because I like one studio more than the other. It was more the fact that I had more time and didn’t have finals like I did during the MDS contest. Details on my Free time if you are interested.

★ I know this isn’t technically an audition. But I sure did try to treat it like one mainly because of the fact that back when they had their Auditions in Dec of 2016, I also made an Amv for it because I had no decent MEP parts to show off, because that’s when I really just started transitioning to CZcams. Katsu ! I can finally comment :D Where do i begin? this amv is beyond amazing! i still cant believe you edited over 3 minutes! You went in fast and hard for this contest and it has all paid off :D Your effects editing is stunning, im now a huge fan of yours. Theres some really original effects here, and even though the amv is so long, you dont drop the standard of editing at all, and that is some feat! I'm so excited to have you in SNS now, i cant wait to see what you edit next :D CONGRATS !
Thank you so much holy. That means a lot to hear. Really so much more than you think. I really did want to give it my all with the time I had available to me. I love the studio so much, IT and everyone in it is so amazing and it has been an inspiration for me for the longest time. I promised myself that the next AMV I did would be the entire song, and not a song that was 2:30 long. There were things in the amv for sure that I knew I could tweak or maybe do better(you learn as you go, thats how you grow) , But I was running short on time. I was trying to stay consistent as I could with the quality and not get lazy and half ass parts of it. Taking so many breaks, and just trying to stay focused on my goal and how satisfied I would be at the end if I never let up. So the fact that you said that the quality of editing didnt drop makes me more than happy. I have so much love for the studio, and I will make sure to try to give nothing less than 110% for it. Thank you so much again. You guys have really made my day today. And Idk what else to say.
