Hi! How about it now? Would you like to update us about it :) how tall it is now, did you repotted it? How does the fruits taste?
Very timely, I'm tempted to get one of these myself! Thanks Jack, great video.
They are fab plants, Ive got fruit ripening now too which is amazing! Definitely go get one! -Jack
Great videos! i live in the tropics so finding videos with familiar plants like a mulberry gets me excited! could u do a video on planting a bee friendly flower garden for hotter climates? love your videos!
Thanks for you comment! I will look in to maybe making a video on pollinator friendly plants in the future! - Jack
what is the plant with the red fruits in the background?
+Vegan Animall If your asking about the small bushy plant with lots of red flowers next to me it’s a Crinodendron hookerianum! ~Jack
oh right okay, I thought it looked tasty. cheers for letting me know
How did you find the taste of the berries? I have one of these and the i find the taste is quite bland.
+Irish fruit and berries I found the taste of the fruits ok! I don’t think as flavoursome as a larger mulberry but certainly pleasant to eat!
I have one fruiting now and have to let the fruit ripen to full black before eating as they can be a bit sour, fully ripened though, sweet and a good taste.
the flavour can be variable depending on the growing conditions and how mature the plant is, in its first year mine produced rubbery berries lol I'm expecting it to improve, seasons vary as well if you think about how variables tomatoes can be so don't give up if they don't taste good at first
@@NickSBailey well I have a 5 year old tree. Taste is pretty good but not amazing. There are better one's out there
