The Vanguard FTSE All-World is also up 21% in the last year, which has 60% USA. It might make it much simpler in regards to finding those ex-USA ETFs, which will also have less AUM and volume.

I am kind of doing similar to you in my TFSA. I have same ETC crypto stock as you do. The other 3 stocks i have are VFV which is going to be atleast half of portfolio. VXC for my global and VDY canadian high yield dividend stock. I am just a beginner but these 4 i have seem to work well.
