I always say Bob and Lily were strongest characters in Tekken 6.
She was so obnoxious to fight in T6. They made her stupidly overpowered with huge arsenal of spammable kick attacks which did shit tons of damage. Two combo moves by Lily main always brought me to like 25% health.
