- In this Subnautica guide will be show you the locations of the Cyclops Sonar Upgrade databox. The sonat blueprint must be crafted at the cyclops fabricator and this module will be required to navigate complex and dark cave systems within the deeper biomes.

and i also found out that they dont make a sound if they havent seen you cuz i saw it first
When i went down to that blue hell hole i went accidentally went to the sea treaders path and scanned the sea treader and then my game crashed and when i went back down there i found a fucking ghost leviathan and this wasn't the first time that i've found ghost leviathan, luckily the leviathan didn't see me so i finally found the shipwreck and got all i needed
2 years later and chemicalapes guide in subnautica is still amazing thanks man.

@@robertm5642 amazing experience man, can't wait for Below Zero. I already achieved platinum. It's so much fun. Now playing Stranded Deep, which totally feels like a step back, but has its own charm. I suggest you get into Breathedge after your Subnautica play though, so gooood.
@@shaheenal-zuraiqi4375 I think I started the same time as well, I haven’t beaten stranded deep but it is like a bare bones survival situation. I’ll go back to it after subnautica. The forest is fun can’t wait for sons of the forest, survival games are my jam right now.

That's me, I can handle everything else but that bloody Reaper Leviathan
There’s an extremely high chance you won’t run into a Reaper for the second location, that is if you go the right way ;)

Very small possibility of ghost leviathans... I ran into 2. They had fun chasing me for a couple of minutes then exploded my seamoth. Much better luck on the second try - thank you for such exact co-ordinates, does make things far easier!

I was literally just watching a video on cyclops upgrades and thought man I really want that sonar upgrade. While I was going around on my ship doing stuff this video automatically plays...

It’s like you’re reading my mind with these things, whenever I need to find something, your video pops up. Also, I was thinking you could do a video about how the get the ingredients for the hatching enzyme? Obviously later down the line as I’m sure you have other videos on how to get the more important early game stuff.

Having only played on Xbox Gamepass before they removed it last year, I don't remember where most things are 😂 I never needed the Cyclops Sonar, but now I can't remember where to go, so ig here we are finding it anyway! Holy macaroni I got greeted by a ghost leviathan. Heard his scream, didn’t look back and spammed perimeter defense system still got munched but I escaped

Ended up in the dunes... but thankfully it was the “safe” part of the dunes so no reapers.. i also had ventured in the dunes before for a reaper scan but thank you anyway i found it in the bulb zone wreck :)

I usually hide my sea moth in that wreckage by the electrical sparks. Bone sharks haven't bothered it yet.

Great videos!! I've been playing 106 hours and still never found that specific giant coral tube you start from. In the video you're 134 m and 1.5 clicks left of NW when facing your life pod. None of the corals coming out of the water are in that position for me.
One is 176m and SW of the pod and the other is 276m and 2.5 clicks left of SW when facing my pod. Can you provide the "camera world position" coordinates? Thanks !
