250 gm maida,dry yeast 15gm,Luke warm milk .
In a bowl mix Luke warm (30 sec microwave)150 ml milk.(3/3cup)add yeast 75 GM's sugar(5tblsp)salt1/2tblsp.mix well.keep covered for 10minutes.in a other bowl mix maida2tblsp milk pwr,(10 gm )5gm namak.mix well .butter ko 30 sec microwave kare.mix dry ingredients into wet mixture add lil maida mixture at a time .knead d dough very well.now mix melted butter nd knead well.10 minute knead Karo.dough ko rest kare.after 10 minutes(ovan ko 300 degree mai preheat karke us mai dough resting karna on kitchen plat form sprinkle maidamake dough roll60 gm ka ek dough ball Lena keep d balls in tray with silicon mat.keep them at some distance.press them slightly.
Use small round shape to press in d middle.on low flame fry dough nuts
