I remember this home!! I watched as a team of gardeners turned this into a show piece! I remember all of it!!! The pruning, bushes, dead foliage Removed. The back and side. Oh my word You had a ton of rocks or mulch for the front. Oh please make it beautiful again!! 🌹🌹

You guys do great work helping people in need. But on this one there's too many big gaps in the garden beds... couldn't you have replaced some of the shrubs you took out? Would've looked much better in the reveal afterwards.

What people forget is when they put plants or shrubbery up against their foundation..... Regular maintenance becomes crucial to keep it short enough for safety ( no blocking the windows so people can see from the street if someone is trying to force entry) and so that when it is, trimmed it still looks nice instead of being nothing but a bunch of browned out sticks!!

You are doing wonderful service and cleanup of this lady's flower beds. They are overgrown and need cutting back. I have a Makita rechargeable trimmer similar to yours and they are great to use. The fast speed and low noise make the job go easier. It is amazing to see your work progress as the yard looks so much nicer. Well done.

This requires MORE work and more money keeping growth restricted with pruning.
More risk to the foundation of the house cracking.

If you get the opportunity later and she lets you, i would prune back that crepe myrtle to three trunks. Its really too close to the house(maintenance nightmare) but it would make it a little easier.
Why did you cut down the rose bush like you did that isn’t how to cut it back and I noticed that some of the bushes you were cutting back on that you left it looking like it was just butchered up I’m not a professional but I have a son that is and he has informed me on the correct way to cut things back
