Depression is absolutely no joke i been dealing with it off and on for years i just pray and try to stay positive hopefully hopsin is in a better spaces mentally 🙏
depression is a joke lol. I can look at a point in my life where I was close to being actually depressed and I remembered the reality of the situation. but while going through it, I didn't realize it. so, yes depression. but I also saw how I ignored the realities. it was me WANTING sympathy and accolades and such and such. working for that or others but not for myself. be HONEST and depression, or.the idea of being in it, is a joke.
and to say you go on and off of it, is the biggest joke.

no for real. i do. I just don't allow it to come back. I've dealt with it. and it's crazy to look back and see that I couldn't realize what was.happening.
but..once you're out and you realize it, how does it make sense to say it happened again?
now, xan you feel bad again? not want to do stuff? be angry and upset for a long time? yes.
I feel like too many people are calling out depression on things they just are upset about.
and if you've dealt with it before and realized it, you definitely wouldn't allow that to happen again. cause it's not a good state to revisit.
so..people either calling it out for sympathy points or sympathy points

Hopsin is the Man. Always respected the dude and his talent. Kweli... Totally different story. He used to be one of my favorites. But he can't get through a conversation without pulling up the race card. You can tell he made hop uncomfortable when he tried that shit also.... Yo talib, grow up my man. The only people infatuated with the color of someone's skin is you and your boy in the White House.
I used to talk shit about the Fort Collins incident because i wasn't aware of what was going on for a while till later. i was so stoked to go and it sucked cool you're talking about it, Talib don't shout out Foco we're already so damn overpopulated its shitty now for us locals especially in neighboring towns gentrification destroyed us yo.

It's incredible how some songs are a cry for help but some don't understand that till later. But the good news at least music is an outlet for the creator to heal. Music is therapy for the listeners too...absolutely true or absolutely correct?

That's what I said when I was young but when it hits you, you can't control it, it's like being in the cold with no gear on...you are going to eventually get cold. Not everyone can just stop serges of depression, that's how I know you are young. Unless you're just trying to sound hard like everyone mostly does on here🙄
