The Palisade is a completely reimagined 2x1 meta base for trios. It's a cost effective, cheap and defendable base that expands easily, has a spacious and cozy open core, wide gaps, mini mountain roof, furnace wall, and loads of respawns. I told myself I wouldn't release a 2x1 or 2x2 base on this channel unless it was really something different and special... so, here it is. Enjoy.

just built your "reinventing the 2x1" base and its incredible! love it. although it was alittle complicated to build bc i couldnt find super flat terrain. I made do though and it turned out the best it could!

Currently living in this build since beginning of this wipe. Gotta give you your flowers bro. You did your thing w this base. Not only is it very defendable it's stylish.... The placement of the large furnaces and fence walls are crazy!! The inner compound is one of my favorite parts of the base. Great build!! I'll definitely be looking forward to others from you. 💪🙌

Holy shit Dust you really outdid yourself for this one. I usually play solo so this isn't really practical for me but this is by far the coolest base I've ever seen. I'll be looking out for a Mini Palisade 👀
100k total materials really isnt that unrealistic for a solo, atleast if youre playing a 2x server or higher. ive built and lived in a base with ~120k cost solo on rustafied eu medium myself.

I am solo with the help of tea with 1 farm run per day I upkeep that base and 4 auxiliary bases :|

You seriously make the best bases on CZcams. I’m going to try this one, but I’ve now turned your Duo’s Den into a bachelor pad. Vending machine protected TC, 3 vending bunkers on the roof, 3 SAMS, 3 windmills, 6 more external auto turrets all of which are protected by double chain, and wayyy more! It’s now over a 100 rocket raid to get full loot. The inside isn’t quite as cozy as this build though!

I actually joke with friends about how obsessive I am about the build steps. The build section of this video was actually 72 clips (mostly attempts where I didn't like something and scrapped the whole thing). I appreciate the recognition because I really do put a lot of effort into these, it's nice to feel that people notice :)

Way too expensive - it's already 2 walls to OC and 2.5-4 walls to starter depending on the raid path.

Actually an amazing 1x2 base design. I’m using the micro yeti w china wall rn. It’s a good base but I’ve had so many issues with people hopping in it lol. I had to add a compound around the china wall. I’ll definitely give the palisade a try next!

I built this base and lasted forever on console so many raid attempts we got so loaded every box in the base and locker was full of kits it’s so nice
Just defended a 3v8 on this base and even the raiders complemented the peaks and angles such a nice base
