Thank you so much. The best constructional filming i have seen..
Glad you enjoyed it!
CZcams is such a wonderful resource but one does see a lot of potentially helpful videaos which for one reason or another - commentary -production - fall a little short. All do their best i am sure but not many get it all right . Having such info out there is a real consideration in choosing what to devote so life and much time to. Your preamble on tools etc although mundane to some was very helpful .
Thanks
All best from over in Europe. @@AeroworksProductions
tVery instructive, i'll keep following your progress, loved the fact that the old timer is helping you because I am an older timer perhaps wondering who can help me.also just subscribed and liked. good luck
Absolutely AMAZING! This is fantastic content. Thanks for sharing this. I know how much work it is. Great job.
Cory Thanks for watching! Love your content as well.
Thanks for sharing your work Adam! Can't wait to see the final product! You make it look so easy! I've been following your Part 107 guides and I've learned so many things from your videos! More power to you sir! Awesome job!
CTNJD B Tha is for watching all the videos. Please like and subscribe if you haven’t, really helps the channel grow.
@@AeroworksProductions Yes sir i did already! Hopefully i pass the Part 107 so i can get monetized as well! :) Thanks for all your help!
Just found your channel. You are doing awesome work thanks for putting these videos out there. I just subscribed and liked!
Thomas Hall Thanks for tuning in. Please share with others interested in aviation. Thanks for subscribing!
LOVE IT! Do the rear sides of the Zenith oil can bad. Looking at the CH 750 myself. Good luck on your build.
They have been known to make some noise when flying uncoordinated. Thanks for watching !
Just found your channel and subscribed very interesting 👍🇦🇺
Great to have you here. Thanks for watching. Please like subscribe and share to help build the channel thanks.
In a future video could you discuss your strategy on priming? A highly debated topic I know; but my catching glimpses of sections in your video I’m curious on your approach. Thanks!
Great idea, I will definitely add that in a future video.
When you are using the Milwaukee pop rivet gun, does it have the special countersunk tip that they recommend or do you just use what it comes with? Are you using the A4 and A5 rivets or the Avex pop rivets that a person mentioned was to be an option on another channel? Thanks for your videos.
All rivets used are Zenith provided. The Milwaukee rivet gun comes with flat tips which are fine for the rounded A6 rivets but for everything else I used the pre machined tips that came with my air powered rivet gun purchased from Zenith. Thanks for watching!
Wow! Great progress. Do you have an expectation of when you want to complete the project and first flight?
What are your general impressions of the build plans / instructions / etc? You make it look like you have done this before so I was wondering.
Incidentally, are you going to make provisions for antennas on the fuselage at this point?
Your videos are well done. Looking forward to the series.
John Thanks for watching. All great questions. Build plans- Excellent, E-Drawings even better, Assembly Instructions need work. I’m working with them now on that. Would love to be flying to next years homecoming at Zenith or sooner but we’ll see how that plays out. Great comment/question about the antenna, I haven’t yet but there is access to do so later. Thanks again for watching and please like and subscribe so we can continue to get the word out.
Adam... do the machined tips from Zenith fit the Milwaukee puller? I heard somewhere that they will machine tips sent to them.
Thanks for sharing. That is quite progress in a week! Your long workbench supported by metal sawhorse is very interesting. Can you share your bench build? Including W x L x H and what is the brand of sawhorse? Thanks.
Bing Thanks for watching. The saw horse set up is a pair of Bora Speedmate horses that support up to 1500 lbs. There is a slot on each side for a 2x4 so I took )2)16’ 2x4’s and wood from the crate to make the table the fuselage is on. So far so good and provides plenty of room, almost too much. Table could even be narrower and still work. Height is about 30”.
@@AeroworksProductions Very useful. I am planing a 4' x12' bench and was not sure to use 2 x 4 or 2 x 6. Seems 2x4 is fine. I am looking at the PROTOCOL 47" wide which is on sale for $35/piece. I plan to build a 750 STOL. Thank you for the info. I am going to watch every episode of your videos. Please keep them coming!
Thanks for sharing, I am building a Cruzer on my channel. Building the dream! I agree.... I will be following your build. Follow one too, I would like to get your input along the way. I think you will be in the air before me. LOL.... Great work my friend.
Joe's RC Corner I sure will Joe and I’ve already been to your channel to see the start of your build. I thinks that’s what we all do when researching building our own planes.
@@AeroworksProductions Thanks.
Aircraft use what material video
Just coming to this channel. Awesome. Does Zenith provide the solid models? I didn't see that on their website. If so, what file format?
Thanks for watching, hopefully you’ll subscribe. Yes when you purchase a kit you are supplied with online builder resources that include e drawings, pictures and Solidworks files.
@@AeroworksProductions Subscribed for sure. Great series!
what is that tool at 6:28 ? center punch?
Correct, just a metal spring actuated center punch set to lightest setting.
I’d feel a more comfortable with solid shank rivets
I hear you however the Zenith line is well designed and the blind rivets used are engineered for they’re own aircraft.
