  • When you get a job offer, you aren't limited to just "Yes" or "No" as an answer--they expect you to negotiate your salary.
    In this video, I'll give you some strategies for determining fair pay when negotiating work with a #nonprofit and evaluating whether an offer is generous, fair, or too low. As an example, I'll use a hypothetical costume department position at a regional nonprofit theatre, but these resources and strategies may be used for any position at any American nonprofit organization.

      Me too! I’ve only begun learning about these resources since getting involved in pay equity and AEDI initiatives, and it has been such an education all the things that, had I known about them, would have changed how I approached so many aspects of the field.
