- This classic beef stew is so delicious and easy to make at home. Perfect for dinner or lunch on these cold days of winter. It makes one pot cooking so comforting and calming.
INGREDIENTS
2 Tbs Vegetable oil
3lb. Beef Chuck Steak
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Yellow onion, peeled and diced
1 Tbs Garlic, chopped
2 Tbs Red wine vinegar
2 Tbs All purpose flour ( use cornstarch for gluten free)
2 Cups beef stock
2 Cups water, or as needed to cover
1 Tbs thyme and rosemary, freshly chopped
1 Tbs Tomato paste
2lb Yukon gold potatoes, peeled cut into quarters
4 Big carrots ( 4 small ), peeled and cut into bite size dice
3 Celery ribs, chopped
1 Pkt ( About 20 ) Baby bella mushrooms or cremini - Jak na to + styl
